THEY SEEN MY CHIHUAHUA, NAMED, "MARLEY", THE SAME DAY, FROM JUST WALKING IN, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE REALLY BUSY... AND, THAT REALLY MEANT A LOT TO ME.... MY BABY WAS REALLY MISERABLE, ITCHING CONSTANTLY, FROM FLEAS, WHILE TREATED WITH ADVANTIX, AND GOT INFECTION FROM THE BITES.... THEY GAVE ME ANTIBIOTICS, AND A WONDERFUL ANTI-MICROBIAL SHAMPOO FOR HIS SKIN AND SEEMS TO BE WORKING IN 2 DAYS.... NEW CHEWABLE FLEA MEDICATION, AND THE PRICE WAS REALLY REASONABLE.... ALREADY MADE APPOINTMENT FOR MY OTHER BABY.... THANK YOU.....

Brought my 10 month old rescue male kitten there to receive shots and get neutered. The staff was very kind and my boy healed very well. Just rescued a 10 week old female and will be calling to make her an appointment for her shots tomorrow. I think with what they have to work with and the fact they are doing it at such a low cost, we need to be thankful. These things like spaying and neutering cats and dog cost WAY more at a regular vet!!! Also, not everyone has a good day, so if one of the staff is having an off day, it doesn't reflect on the office or the rest of the staff or service you're getting. This is a service industry it's not all sunshine and rainbows 24/7. We are all human. We all have off days. The staff does their best with what they have to work with. Be thankful there is a cheaper option than some other Vets that can cost double or triple what they charge. If you're not happy, go elsewhere. It's just like finding a doctor for yourself. You may not click with the 1st one you go to and find someone else. As for my experience, it was a positive one, and that is why I am going back!

I brought Java and Sam to get neutered and spayed. The first day they had a hard time with the anesthesia (understandably), but just after that day, they went back to their cat duties and they're thriving. The ladies were always nice and they've always picked the phone up in case I had any questions.Thank you :)!

Everyone was friendly and professional, took great care of my Shih Tzu.Frankies appointment was at 10:30 am and we were out by 11 am ,can't get any better than that.

Got an appointment very quickly. They were very helpful with the whole process and made things easy and smooth. I have my own vet that I usually have my cats done at however the prices for neutering and spaying have drastically increased to over $400. I called here and spoke to someone and got an appointment right away for the following week, $75 deposit and that went towards the surgery itself. I ended up paying much less than $200 for the procedure! Definitely worth the 30 min drive from my area. 1000% would recommend them to anyone and everyone with cats and dogs.
