So I thought I was going to get better service here, but In fact this girl that cut my pup’s hair did a horrible job. Uneven cut on ears. My pup has been scratching her ear ever since. Which I found out she didn’t even clean them. $100.00 plus and a tip later, I am not satisfied at all. If I could get a refund I would. .Horrible service I wish I could remember her name but I can’t. I do not recommend.

Bella's hairstyle turned out exactly as I imagined based on the reference photo I gave to Chloe. I was so happy with her cut. In fact, this is the best cut Bella has ever had!

So, I’ve take my dog coco here 3x and had always noticed that compare to other grooming and where I bring my other dog, he never smells like washed. But I anyways washed it off. But after 3 days I’ve seen coco sad and looking for attention, also scratching a lot and when My husband decided to bath him and check him, he is all burned by the grooming clipper. I am so disappointed with PETCO not only that they’ve done terrible job now my puppy is ill. To bad ppl believe in a name brand and they take it for granted.

My dog is been going to Petco grooming for about a year now maybe longer, we’ve never had any issues I really like it because it’s convenient and I have vital care so it’s a little more affordable. However my dogs last visit was absolutely horrible and I will never ever spend my money at Petco again. His appointment was for 8am they did explain it might take a little longer than usual (which is usually about 2 hrs) because it was the weekend of Christmas. Not a problem my mother was going to be there to pick him up. After about 3/4 hours my mother shows up just to get an update they were extremely rude and overbooked which my mother called them out on, the man at the desk slammed his hand on the table and said “what do you want me to do not take peoples money on Christmas weekend?” So clearly they do not care about our pets it’s all about the money. My dog was there for 6 and a half HOURS. HOURS. He was not picked up until 230 pm No bathroom break, no food nothing. When he was picked up his haircut was awful I will show pictures it was not at all like the times before he had spots, there was hair still falling in my moms car so he wasn’t blown out well and you can just tell it wasn’t a job well done. I work in customer service too so I have sympathy but nothing was done right and I didn’t appreciate the customer service that they had given that day. Don’t bring your pet here take the time to find somewhere that you know your dog will be in good hands. I wish I had asked the man’s name at the desk but my dog does usually see Jennifer D. And I will make sure everyone knows that Petco is the last place you should be bringing your pet. My dog was crying when he was picked up, came home wasn’t playful just wanted to be left alone so you can obviously tell he wasn’t in a great environment

Had an appointment in March with fletcher. This was our family dogs 2nd bath he's a large pup (60-75) so he was a litte scared. I knew something was up when they wanted to weigh him. We haven't even left the parking lot when we were called to come get him and was suggested to come back on a weekday. I've never seen my pup sad but this day, I've seen his confidence and pride decline. His 1st bath was in Taunton they handled him perfectly and we recently went back to Taunton and was told he did amazing. I'll be writing another review on TAUNTON'S PETCO groomer Maddie.A 5 STAR

I just adopted a dog who needed grooming. I made an app at petco, not knowing what the dogs reaction would be, or know her story about these places. They helped my dog feel comfortable, and she loved Fletcher, who was her groomer. Also good price (including tip!) I will definitely be back!!
