We absolutely love everyone here. All of my concerns regarding my dog as ALWAYS listened to and taken seriously. They treat us like family and it's clear that everyone loves taking care of all the pets that come in. I will never take my animals any other place. The staff are friendly and fun. The prices are extremely reasonable. And they will work with you if you are on a budget. 10/10 recommend coming here for all your pets and their needs.

The loss of a loved pet is never easy but Dr. Kabalan and the staff were very empathetic and caring. I appreciate their efforts through this tough time and am very touched by the unexpected paw print cast keepsake they made for us. I am forever grateful for this small remembrance of my sweet Apollo.

Dr. Tom is the best veterinarian I know. He takes the time to explain the procedure and answers questions. Always messages immediately after the procedure. The price is much lower than I expected. My rabbits are well taken care of. My one rabbit has dental and heart issues. Glad we came here.

My sweet older cat, Malcolm, had some swelling and discomfort. Figured he needed an extraction, and this place came highly recommended. I was escorted into an exam room upon arrival, allowing me to start to calming his car ride nervousness immediately. I then met Dr. Tom. I honestly can't express properly how wonderfully kind and compassionate he was, how patient and tender he was with Malcolm, and how comfortable I felt knowing someone who obviously loved animals that much was going to do the surgical procedure on my beloved cat. I was sent information regularly through the procedure, and that helped me feel a lot less anxious while I waited for surgery to be done. I would 100% recommend this vet office to anyone that wants the absolute best care for their pet. You will be glad you did.

One of the best and most knowledgeable vet hospitals in Columbus. The doctors are the best we’ve found and drive the extra distance to take all our pets there.

The receptionists are rather rude. During my first visit I left work to bring Ellie in for a follow up from the emergency vet. I parked my car and called the number as instructed at 2:20 and was told someone would be out. At 2:40 I got a call asking where I am.. so they just forgot about me in the parking lot. That was my first impression. The first vet and vet tech I met I did not like. The vet was not educated on feline diabetes, Ellie can be feisty and the vet tech didn’t handle her well. She literally gave my cat a high carb treat and then checked her glucose which will obviously make it spike giving me false numbers. I decided to switch to Dr. Chris who has been great so far but all the other staff is horrible.. I had to argue with the receptionist on the phone about how I needed a prescription for insulin written out so that I can use a savings coupon. She kept saying the vet can’t follow those instructions without even talking to the vet because she’s not there that day. Every time I speak to a receptionist there it feels like they are trying to rush you off the phone. Also, all of the services are over priced. $100 for each visit, $40 for a Libre since application, and $80 for the vet to reach out to me every 3-4 days to monitor the sensor. When I asked to opt out of the sensor monitoring I was told that is “unethical”. If it’s unethical then why not just group the Libre application and monitoring together instead of charging me separately? They also charged me for a full nail trim even though only two of my cat’s paws needed trimmed. After Ellie’s first visit, she got super sick and was sneezing with a lot of discharge from her eyes. She has been to the vet countless times and clearly this visit was so stressful for her that it made her sick and that makes me uncomfortable. I’d be willing to pay those prices if I felt Ellie was being treated with the utmost care but I honestly don’t believe so. Once I get the new prescription for insulin I will find a vet office with kinder staff that knows what they are doing and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.
