The team at Healthy Pets Rome Hilliard was efficient and kind! Our appointment took no time at all and they made our two kittens feel welcome! They were gentle for the kittens vaccinations and provided us with a wealth of knowledge! Very glad to have this practice taking care of Pierogi and Gnocchi!

All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, but we especially love Dr. Graham. You can tell he genuinely loves animals, and wants to do what’s best for them. We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beloved pug Winnie, and he even sent us a card 🥹

Excellent service! They are always concerned with the wellbeing of my dog and it is very appreciated. I took her in for her yearly vaccinations and a tech visit. They found an ear infection and possible broken tooth. They were very informative on how those things might have happened and what treatments were available. They also let me know how much medications and tests would cost before I was finished.

Dr Graham is the best vet I've ever worked with. He truly cares about the animals and takes the time to answer any and all questions you have so that there's no guessing when it comes to your pets care. He's also very good with my difficult pets and tries to meet them where they are vs. Forcing them to conform to what he needs

I highly suggest Healthy Pets of Rome Hilliard to anyone. The care and attention the staff gave to both my cat and dog have been nothing but amazing. Everyone there has been super nice and understanding. Especially when it came to my baby girl. Spent more time at the vet office for a week than I wanted to but each visit was met with the same care and attention. On 5/2 we had to put our girl to rest and the entire staff was nothing but amazing. I wouldn't have trusted her in anyone else's hands. Thank you to Doctor Graham, specifically, and the team that day for everything.

We have received incredible care here. The staff are friendly and compassionate. The surgeon spent an extensive amount of time with us explaining the procedure and answering all of our questions. They were transparent with pricing. Everything about our experience has been excellent and I've felt so comforted knowing our pup was being so well cared for.
