I cannot say enough good things about Good Dog Boston, but specifically their trainer, Jeff. Jeff was absolutely amazing. Our rescue dog was extremely reactive towards other dogs and even sometimes people, children etc. Through working with Jeff, our dog has completely changed the way he acts around other dogs, people and children. The difference has been night and day! Jeff was patient and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Jeff came to our house so that he could see how our dog acts on his home turf and tailor the training to exactly what we needed. We cannot recommend Jeff and Good Dog Boston enough!!

I would hire Jeff again in a heartbeat. If your dog needs 1:1 training or training in a special environment, I can't recommend Good Dog Boston enough. Jeff is patient but enthusiastic, and you can tell he loves what he's doing. He comes to each training session with a goal, and then he gives homework based on how the session went. We had varied locations for our sessions in order to maximize effectiveness, and I know I wouldn't have been able to make so much progress so quickly without Jeff.

We adopted a Maltipoo from Wendy Lindquist at Snow Pond Farm I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is Our puppy came home and was a delight, it was clear that he received such love and attention , he has such a great disposition . Everyone we meet say s he’s so well behaved for a puppy. Working with Wendy was also such a pleasure , very accommodating and helpful getting us started with a new puppy She provided a binder with all his paper work along with , His blanket, teddy bear, favorite chew toy in an adorable tote bag I highly recommend snow pond farm

Jeff was a pleasure to work with and did a great job! He was very patient, understanding, flexible and open to feedback as we navigated the training process with our dog. He was consultative and asked great questions which allowed him to tailor the training to what our dog needed rather than just going through a basic check list of training items. After our first training experience with a different training service didn't go well, we were very hesitant to try again. However, Jeff helped alleviate all those concerns and made our experience awesome! I would highly recommend Jeff and Good Dog Boston to any friend/family member who is looking for training!!!

As a first time owner and not really sure where to start (especially with my anxious doodle that was terrified of lawn decorations) I was skeptical of all trainers. I ended up going with Good Dog Boston, and I couldn't have made a better decision. I started working with Jeff and my worries were put away. My dog is 1000x better and keeps learning each day. Beyond satisfied with the training package I signed up for.

The work Jeff guided us in doing with Doug (because let’s face it, the training is really for US) has significantly increased our quality of life. We went from shortening walks to reduce the amount of things Doug was reacting to to spending hours in the park with Doug napping between us, completely chill. Jeff’s mix of showing, coaching and assigning homework really worked for us, and Doug - Jeff really listened to our training goals, and talked us through how to use a positive reinforcement approach to reach them. We talk every day about how much of a change this has made in our lives and are so grateful for Jeff!
