My dog was having a seizure from Xylitol poisoning and was stablized minutes after I arrived and put her on the table. She was there for three days and I was allowed to be there all times of day and hang out in her pen or another room. Great job of checking multiple times a day by the docs and breaking down the medicals. Her main nurse and all her nurses made my and Sansa’s experience much more pleasant. Very attentive with meals and treatments. And their initial 72 hour prediction was accurate.

My cat, Carrot, was seen today for a hurt/infected paw. Her vet was Dr. Nicole Cassale. I cannot say enough amazing things about the care, love, and compassion she showed during the visit. It is very obvious that she loves what she does. Her passion shines through when she spoke to me about what was going on with carrot. I loved the way she spoke to carrot and tried to make her as comfortable as possible during the procedure that took place. If you are on the fence about going to this emergency vet care or not, just do it. You won’t be disappointed. Your animal will get all of the love and attention they should get. The whole team that helped carrot was top notch. I will forever recommend them to anyone looking for incredible care for their pet. Carrot is now resting at home with the cone of shame. I have no doubt in my mind that she will heal up in no time, thanks to the care of Dr Cassale 💕

Will literally never go anywhere else for emergency care. VEG Cambridge provided such comprehensive and understandable support for our cat during his recent stomach bug that we actually felt like we could rest easy knowing he was in great hands overnight. Everyone here is just so so lovely and understanding. It’s rare you find a place with staff that can handle this kind of pressure in their work but also be so emotionally intelligent. Especially welcome were the update texts and photos of his progress. Highly highly recommend!

VEG of Cambridge exceeded my expectations for emergency care for our cat. We were seen immediately for a bite wound. The team was kind, efficient, caring, etc. They treated us like family. Our cat got amazing care and surprisingly the bill wasn't as high as we anticipated. I loved that I could stay with my cat the entire visit. I cannot recommend them enough.

Every single person was so so sweet and attentive from start to finish of my visit! They saw us immediately and were very efficient with the examination/tests. They did a fantastic job keeping my cat and myself calm. My cat was even purring while they examined him! I could tell they really love and care for animals and their comfort.

VEG gave Willow the best chance possible, and also made things as comfortable as possible for her and her humans. I or my spouse were able to stay with Willow for almost every minute of the whole 32 hours she was there. (Staff replaced the couch in our room with a mattress, lots of pillows, and blankets.) When she or I needed something from the staff I was usually able to get it without interrupting the cuddles at all. Even when Willow needed to briefly leave the room, I could always see her and was never far away. Doctors & everyone else were compassionate, and communicated well about what was going on.
