These badass, kind humans deserve better than 3 stars on Google. Today they helped my fiancé and I rescue our kitty who escaped through a cracked window and was stuck under our balcony. The four of us worked as a team and got him out safely. They helped us feel comfortable even though we were so worried about our fur baby. They had fantastic ideas and helped us get him out. Thank you to the two badass ladies who helped save our precious little boy!

These people have nothing better to do with their time than driving around and try to fine pet owners for any reason they can. Honestly these people are just on a power trip. They have a little bit of power and instead of using that power to make the community better, they just harass pet owners even when they aren’t doing anything wrong. Frankly if you have nothing better to do with your time than police pets when there’s no indication to (meaning they aren’t doing anything besides existing) then you shouldn’t have that job.

Terrible. They should be called animal patrol. they walk around threatening well behaved dogs. attacking owners for policies beyond our control. If establishments and apartments say no dogs /no visiting dogs what are the owner to do except park in shady areas or in cold months put sweaters and blankets. The problem is “no dog “ policies but instead they harass owners. The dog policies need to change. they should offer cooling stations in the summer or dog sit for free since dogs can’t be left in cars. They should require establishments to allow dogs . If I’m in the car with the dog the dogs is still hot ! Pay for the ac on the car for struggling owners , help owners get housing , fight to change” no dogs” policies, stop breed discrimination. No they rather ticket the struggling owners !

Christina, Alison and Mark have Always been so helpful in caring of every living creature they come across, and have helped me on dozens of occasions place unwanted dogs and cats in homes. They have even helped me get dogs spayed, so they would be more marketedable to a future adoption. Can not say enough about these kind hearted great people. If more people were like them the world would be a better place. I trust the new hires will carry on this great tradition of caring for society's critters, both wild and domestic.

I have had many varied experiences with the animal control officers of Cambridge, all extremely helpful. As two wonderful officers retire, we are super lucky to have this new team. Thank you!

Sadly this city is so rush rush they knowingly took a kind gentle therapy dog and without waiting the quarantine period and ignoring those who wanted to adopt, euthanized him with no family member present. When I called to express my displeasure they hung up on me. Cambridge needs to fire some people.
