Such a beautiful place! I love all the precious animals and the people here are just as amazing. Thank goodness for people like Tamara rescuing these animals. I volunteered here with my friend and we will definitely be back to visit. Hondo the donkey and Sydney the pig I vibed the most with. Highly recommend to come visit, volunteer and donate donate to this place.

I can not recommend this place enough! First of all, each and every animal here is 100% happy and content, so cute, and so so so friendly! Santuario de Karuna is truly magical, and Tamara has done an incredible job caring for all of the animals that live here. Not only that, but she is an amazing host. We only spent one night here, but I left feeling so rested. This place is truly a beautiful gem in the mountains that I would encourage anybody to visit.

Very cool and lovely place. Stayed at this for AirBnB - the breakfast was stellar. Meeting and petting the lovely Karina and her friends was an absolutely wonderful place to spend my birthday. :)

For those of you in Albuquerque, and those who are just traveling through, I highly recommend a visit to this wonderful place. The drive there is beautiful, providing a much needed respite from the city. The sanctuary itself is nestled in a forested area, and is so warm and charming - not unlike the incredible people who call it home. :) You will meet many different animals and hear their stories - which, thanks to Tamara and Coral, all have happy endings. I am so happy they have provided us all this lovely sanctuary, where we can learn and experience who these animals are when they truly feel safe and loved.

The love that the owner puts out towards the animal is amazing. The care provided for the animals is top-notch. This is a very worthwhile cause located in the east mountains, so please find room in your hearts to help these beautiful animals continue to live their best lives.

This sanctuary is a beautiful place owned by beautiful, strong people who promote the kind of life animals truly deserve. The animals are well cared for and the efforts here are certain to create a powerful ripple of love and kindness as it has touched me like no other animal sanctuary. It is sure to draw in support to help all animals and the people who are guided to do right by them. A place of love, kindness, and beauty.
