No complaints thus far! This vet office has always managed to see our pets pretty quickly, allowing walk-ins for urgent care. The space is clean, employees friendly and knowledgeable, and it's in a convenient location for folks in this part of the East Mountains. We are lucky to have this place in Tijeras! I like that the waiting room is large with plenty of seating so pets don't have to be near each other. There's a pretty cool map of confirmed pet snakebites in the area, you should check it out. They also carry the brand of special cat food that ours requires, making it easy to pick up. I honestly can't comment on this offices' prices because I can't compare to other vet offices in NM due to this being the only one that I have used. But in my experience EVERY health problem that any of my pets has ever experienced cost me a pretty penny... Seems like breaking the bank just comes with the territory.

Incredible - so grateful a place like this exists for vet care. Every interaction I have had has been supportive, informative, and respectful to decision making around financial costs and care. We've had some really disappointing experiences with other vets in the area and then came to Canyon Crossroads. It's what you hope for when you're interacting with any health care system. Very clear and transparent communication as well. 1000% worth the drive from ABQ.

Horrible experience. Went in to have what I thought was a cyst under her arm pit that was bleeding They said that they were going to poke them and take a look at them came out and said they were cancer that they would have to amputate her leg and pretty much just waited out if I didn't have the money They sent me home with no paperwork nothing telling me what happened during the divisit how'd my friend go back inside cuz I was so upset to get some kind of doctor's note or documentation of my visit and they wrote on a little post-it note that she has cancer. I had to ask for medication they said it wouldn't help anything but they would prescribe it if that made me feel better And during this entire time I'm crying I my best friend at 14 years is dying basically and they didn't really make me feel good at all. Once I realized my dog was still bleeding they didn't even put a bandage or any kind of anything on it I had my friend turn back around and go back and I paid for a cone. I will say that it was very mom and pop real homely They cater to her not being around any other dogs, but I don't know if it's the way I looked because I had my boss drive me there so we looked a little rough but money wasn't the issue It was a simple fact that they basically sent me away the same I went in. If I could give any advice I would suggest to not let anybody poke out of lump or any kind of cyst or tumor whatever that is because it seemed like after they did that to my dog she basically went downhill within days. I had to put her down and have not been the same ever since I would not go to this place ever again horrible horrible experience for the simple fact of not explaining really what went on not giving me some kind of after visit notes basically making me feel kind of stupid because I was asking for antibiotic or some kind of medication for her.

They are so helpful and accommodating. Once you are a client they will do anything they can to take care of your pets. I am truly grateful for all they have done for my animals over the past few years. Would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a amazing vet.

Today, The Vets at Canyon Crossroads helped my best friend Kiwi get to the Rainbow Bridge. I was so devastated, I don't remember if I thanked them for their empathy and kindness. Thank you❤️
