My family has been bringing our pets here since I was a kid. We love Dr. Baum and appreciate everything he's said and done for our fur babies! He and his staff are wonderful and very caring. They've always taken such great care of our pets. I HIGHLY recommend Dixie Animal Clinic!
After having to put my dog asleep a year ago in July last year. I didn't hesitate to take my new puppy Zoey to them. They are caring and kind, and I will continue to see them throughout her life.
Dr Baum is amazing with mine and my mother's fur-babies! Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Prices are just right!
Dr. Baum is such a caring vet who takes the utmost care of our fur babies. In the past few years we’ve had 2 dogs cross over the rainbow bridge and during both of these heartbreaking experiences Dr. Baum and staff have been so kind, supportive, and caring. I not only received a sympathy card, but also the kindest handwritten note from Dr. Baum himself. At vet appointments we never feel rushed and Dr Baum takes the time to explain things in detail. His love for animals and their well being definitely shine through!
We've taken our pets here for years! Love the doctor and all the people who work there!
First things first, I cant say anything about the service here because I never got past the receptionist. When i was looking for vets close to me, this place came up and was listed under urgent care for pets. Being as most vets were booked up till end of the march, I tried urgent care. So I get to the place, come in and the receptionists ask my name and I tell her. She said I dont have you down for an appointment. I said I know, I was under the impression this was an urgent care. She said um, no its not. We don't take "problems." Yes, she referred to my dog as a problem, without even knowing what was wrong with her. Then she proceeded to ask me to move my dog away from her window, like my dog has the plague or something. She told me the only urgent cares are on in blue ash and one on winton road. I dont know where winton rd is so i was asking her and she rudely said, I SAID its in blue ash. So, i just had to bite my tongue and leave. I had to go all the way to blue ash just to find out my dog was dehydrated and needed a nausea shot becuase she wasnt eating. She's fine now. But i have never been talked to like that by a receptionist. It still blows my mind. How can you work in a facility with animals that have "problems" and be like that? I'll never understand it. But I wont take my dog there for anything. I'm sure the staff is wonderful but they lost a potential client because of her.
