It was my first time using Zoomies, and I must say that the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We received nightly emails around 6 p.m. with updates on how our pets were doing, including adorable pictures that we were able to download and keep as mementos. I have been recommending this establishment to other tourists, and I will definitely use their services again when we are unable to bring our pets with us. Hotels charge exorbitant fees for keeping pets in their rooms, so Zoomies offered a much more affordable alternative. Moreover, we were able to enjoy our day without any concerns about our pets disturbing other guests or causing damage to our hotel room (especially in cases where pets may become destructive due to stress).

My Rottweiler diesel had an absolutely amazing trip! I will 100% be using them again next year when we go to Panama. I would recommend them to anyone staying anywhere in the area, I treat my dog like my kid lol and they did the same. I absolutely loved getting updates, pictures, and a report card every evening. My pup is with me 24-7 at home so I didn’t know how he would do without me for a week in a new place but he never even skipped a beat, we picked him up for a beach day on Thursday and he was EXCITED to go back into zoomies when we arrived back to drop him off. If you’re looking for somewhere that will treat your pet like their own definitely go here! They were also very respectful of the fact that even though my dog was very dog friendly because we’ve gone through so much training in order to keep him from being overly friendly to every dog he meets because he’s way too big to want to go up to every dog he meets lol.

This is the place!!! My sweet crazy puppy loves it!! If I could give a 10 star here I would. They will notify you how your pet did during the day. My husky was a very shy and nervous puppy now he’s starting to come out of his shell🥹so happy my friend recommended this place.

Zoomies was wonderful!! Tim and all the folks at Zoomies were very friendly and SUPER helpful! My dog Waffles had a wonderful time. We were visiting from out of town, the staff made the whole process so simple. I loved getting pictures during the day to see how Waffles was doing. He had a great day and he smelled great at pick up after his bath. He had so much fun that he was asleep within 5 minutes of getting in the car. I can't wait for us to have a chance to visit again soon.

This was the first time taking my boy to Zoomies. I can’t say enough great things about this Pet Hotel. The staff is amazing and it shows how much they love animals. They send a daily report with pictures of your pet. It arrives in the evening around 6pm. It just makes you smile. They also keep the cost at an affordable price which I greatly appreciate. Thanks for all you do.
