I took my Havachon Bubbles to Barks & Bubbles Grooming. She had fun outside and on the beach, therefore her fur was filled with dirt and burs. They quoted the price to be a little over 30.00 which was fine. Later a person called and said it would be cheaper than the quoted price. I said ok and when I went to pick her up she was playing with another little dog in the back. Bubbles was absolutely in great spirits when I picked her up and looked beautiful. I was very happy with them and I will be using them again when I go back to Panama City.

I set my Shitzu up for a grooming appointment at 8:00 and was able to make it in till 12:30. They were still able to fit him in the schedule, and they finished grooming him earlier than planned. They did a great job and everyone there was very polite and helpful!

We would like to Thank the entire crew @ Barks and Bubbles for one of our most pleasant vacations. We would never go on vacation and leave our McKenzie behind and we always feel guilty about just leaving her in the condo while we are @ the beach. This year we found a day care home that cared for Kenzie as if she was their own. Kenzie was reluctant about this whole new situation for about the first 15 minutes of her 1st day, then it was tail up and let's go see Miss Victoria. She stayed for 5 days and got her bath on the last day. I can not Thank them enough for the love and care they showed Kenzie during her vacation. I WILL recommend them highly to anyone that has the same feelings about their pet as we do.

Boarded puppy off and on for a few days. The staff seemed nice and like they really cared. Dog seemed to always have to "go" (a lot) when we picked her up though. She seemed happy to go back to the place which is a good sign. Dog does not speak well so she cant give us details. Billing was awkward since we were charged for a night we kept her, they said they had to "hold" a space even though they failed to mention it beforehand and were not full. Would use their services again though.

Being new to the area I had no idea where to take our Pomeranian. He needed a trim and his fur was matted under his legs next to his body. We told the attendant to only trim him and cut away the bad areas under his legs. They kept talking about a "lion trim" but we said "NO". Just shampoo and trim him as necessary. He is an inside dog and we did not want him to become chilled in the air conditioning. When we picked him up my husband thought he was another dog! He had been SHAVED! HE HAS RAZOR BURN AND HAD TO BE TREATED FOR WORMS AFTER LEAVING THAT PLACE. HIS SKIN IS STILL RAW IN SEVERAL PLACES. I had to take him outisde and check a couple of unique factors to be assured he was our show quality dog. He has been snappy and freightened since he was shaved by those women. Those incompetents should be incarcerated for what they did to our dog. Everyone who knows us and our dog keeps saying-"you never should have paid those people for doing that to him!!!" I hope they enjoy the $34. they charged and we paid. They should be banned from the business for life.

We bring our fur baby to Barks&Bubbles the groomer does a wonderful job. So glad we found this place.
