Just picked up our Golden Doodle from being groomed at PetSmart on the Beach. GREAT experience as always!! Carmella ALWAYS takes such good care of him, and is so pleasant and easy to work with. She's been grooming him for over 2 years and I will NOT go anywhere else! It's hard to find a groomer who does a really good Doodle cut, so when you do... Needless to say, Carmella has a customer for life. So does this PetSmart. They were recommended to us and we've never had a bad experience with the grooming salon or the other store employees. Not sure about the negative reviews below, but it certainly has not been our experience!!

We have been loyal customers of PetSmart's grooming services in Colorado for many years, but our experience today at the Panama City Beach location, (15500 Panama City Beach Pkwy #340, Panama City Beach, FL 32413) was highly disappointing. The staff in the grooming department were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and seemed unhappy in their jobs. We interacted with four employees, and each one had a poor attitude. In particular, Carmella was extremely rude and unprofessional. When we brought our concerns to the store manager, Jenna, she dismissed them without any apology or acknowledgment of the issue. If you're looking for loving care for your fur baby, you won't find it at this PetSmart. They have lost our business for good. We recommend trying Dr. Norms or Happy Tails grooming services instead—you'll save yourself the stress, and your fur baby will thank you.

Today is June 14th, I couldn’t find a specific food because the doctor gave me a picture. I asked two employees for help, but unfortunately no one wanted to help me... they simply pointed their finger in an unknown direction... they turned away and left. And one woman looked aloofly as I suffered in search. I had to leave with nothing... To increase sales, I recommend that the owner do something with the staff!

We bought our 75 gallon fish tank and stand here as well as some fish. The staff was very helpful in helping us pick out fish.

We’re always extremely happy with their services. Kaitlyn does the best haircuts and Katie and Jennifer give them the best baths as well. They’re all super kind and friendly. We’re so blessed to have such a professional team we can trust to take care of our fluffy babies. Thank you!!!!

Every interaction with most of the employees that work here is always so depressing and unpleasant. They seem to hate their jobs and I get it, most people do. But please stop taking it out on customers who spend a fortune every month on supplies. As inconvenient as it is, it’s absolutely worth the drive to the other location.
