Dr.Brandon been taking care of our toy poodle for last 11 years. He had liver enzymes issues but Dr. Brandon figured out everything ,my poodle has been doing so well. Now we have added additional cat adopted from Saudi Arabia, Dr. Brandon found out she has Lukimia however his knowledge and experience made us very positive and our cat eating so well and gaining so much stamina and weight. Dr. Brandon is very caring and we have confidence our babies are best care under the Dr. Brandon!!!

Been going here over 2yrs now with my 1st fur baby (Gotti 12yrs old R.I.P) 😇😇 and now my second - Capone 😁😁 Friendly knowledgeable Staff and Great Vets. No complaints 🐾🐾 This place stays busy and loud at times lol you must have patience.

I used Banfield for over ten years for my dog, Bruiser, until he passed at the age of 14, Dec 2023. I now use Banfield for my two new fur babies. Pet bills can be expensive, but with Banfield pet wellness plan I pay a monthly fee and save a ton of cash on my pets vaccines and wellness checks. I like Banfield to take care of my pets health care.

I went to this Banfield for the first time today. I recently moved from NC to GA and had a wonderful experience with my Banfield there. This one in GA is already bad. I don’t know if I can keep going here. The wait time to just be checked in was insane. I dropped my dog off at 10:45 and still at 4:45 there is no update. I called and was put on hold for 10+ minutes. I call back and try to say something and I’m immediately put on hold. I need a new location asap. They can’t maintain the number of animals they schedule.

Banfield wellness plan is literally a scam. You might as well just pay for the shots out right. I am being charged monthly for nothing at all. If I am not able to book an appointment for the parasite prevention pills. I just won’t be able to receive it that month. Even though they only weight my dog and she is fully grown her weight will not go over the 11lb weight limit for the pill. So I don’t know why I can’t just pick it up or get it in the mail. Never again.

BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE Let me first state that this location is not economically friendly. VETCO charged me way less than an issue. I spent almost $900.00 for a senior exam ONLY. The exam aimed to see if my dog could be medically groomed. I never received his medical groom due to his high white blood cell count, which is fine. HOWEVER, they told me that he was not applicable for the medical groom once I got there for his SECOND visit. They said he was fine on the first visit and even scheduled the visit for me, which is super sweet. Considering they knew that he was not applicable on the first visit. Isn't that awesome!!!! On June 28th, 2024, I took the exam in which they hundred percent lied about their cost over the phone. They force you to get all the stuff your dog DOES NOT NEED. HEADS UP, JUST IN CASE YOU DO DECIDE TO GO HERE, YOU DO NOT NEED THE LEPTOSPIROSIS SHOT IF YOUR DOG DOES NOT LIVE NEAR A WOODED AREA. I knew that, and I still let them continue because I trusted they would do me right, considering how expensive it was for the exam only. They also knowingly gave him the Bordetella shot, knowing he already had the shot. I begged them to let the manager know about the issue. but never called me back, even though I called up there three times before his visit today to get it resolved. They said he did not pay for the shots because they put me on this wellness plan to save money. OTHER HEADS UP DO NOT GET ON THEIR WELLNESS PLAN. THEIR BILLING IS A JOKE, AND I DID NOT SAVE ANY MONEY. Continuing on June 28th,2024, I explained the situation to the vet he had before: he was extremely aggressive, so they could not groom him. The only reason I didn't go back there was because he was aggressive during the exam. He's not going to wake up and be nice, so I decided to go somewhere else where I can prepare and ask all the right questions before spending a ton of money. I spent one hour discussing this issue with this lady and his previous health issues that caused me not to be able to go to a regular groomer.I am unsure what she wrote down, but she did not write down what I was stating due to my recent conversation with the doctor today. After the end, they said he was fine and would see me on July 15th, 2024, today for his medical groom. July 15th, 2024, I dropped him off at the Banfield location at 8:26 am. I got home and received a call around 10:00 am ISH regarding my dog's wellbeing, which I thought was odd. I picked up the phone for the doctor, who told me they found new information on my dog's wellbeing. HEADS UP IT WAS NOT NEW INFORMATION. She laughed in my face regarding my dog being aggressive to his SEDATED medical grooming. She said his blood cells were too high. They did his blood work.They just now, telling me that on July 15th, 2024, even though I kept calling regarding the double vaccination incident, that was not the issue. The issue was his cough; she tried to prescribe him some antibiotics.
