Great! My pet always gets the best when he visits Hewitt Animal Hospital. Everyone is very nice, and we don't wait over 15 min. to see the Dr. I appreciate that the Dr.'s take the time to explain what they are doing, and why. I feel very informed about the care my pet is getting.

Wonderful veterinarian's office...everyone here is always so caring, friendly, & professional. It doesn't matter which vet my furbabies see, bc all of them are phenomenal!!! Going to the vet isn't always the most pleasant thing to do but they try to help ease that burden as much as possible depending on the situation. They have also gone out of their way and stayed late to help my babies...I can't say enough good & positive things about the crew at Hewitt Animal Hospital, I'm so glad I decided to switch my vets office soooo many years ago!! Thank you for all that you do for the fur babies & their families we APPRECIATE y'all more than you know!!

My dog had a growth that needed to be removed. I knew my dog would be okay. The doctor, assistants and staff are professional, caring and keep dog parents well informed. I feel secure with the care my babies get at Hewitt. Won't go anywhere else.

I'm very disappointed and outraged. I spent over 3000. Last year. 1675$ were for " unspecified bacterial skin infection. Countless office visits and unnecessary medicine . After 6 months of all this I asked the vet if she was sure it was not ringworm.she laughs absolutely not and noted that in my dogs chart. 4 months later I went in the office and asked to only test for ringworm. My diagnosis was confirmed. Of course I had contracted ringworm by this time. I've lost all faith in Hewitts/ thrive. What do you say about refunding my money for misdiagnosing for a year. I'm not a vet but after all that time and my dog wasn't getting better I started researching. If your vets could not recognize all the tell tell signs of ringworm then you should not be in practice. Her back legs look like elephant skin because of prolonged fungal skin infection . Ringworm. I'm not sure but I believe she contracted it in your clinic . Because I've watched how you do NOT SANiTIZE THE SCALES BETWEEN PATIENTS. plus my dog had an accident on the phone .I stood warning clients because I could get any help to get it cleaned up. Highly contagious. It has been a nightmare.thanks for insuring my girl can't afford or trust in future healthcare.
