Description Fat Heads Rescue: EVOLUTION Fat Heads Rescue is now your resource for trained adoptable dogs! Over the last few years, we’ve become more and more focused on training and being very intentional about the dogs we place into homes. We offer behavior assistance to our adopters to help keep dogs in homes and reduce returns. All Fat Heads Rescue adopters are eligible for 50% board & train programs at Canine Connection. And now, you can adopt a Trained Dog! All dogs over 16 weeks will go through a minimum 4 week training program. Adoption Fee Structure: Puppies under 16 weeks – $300 Dogs/Puppies over 16 weeks – $800-1500 based on the amount of training they’ve received. At FHR, we place our focus on training the dogs in our

Was checking on a placement for a friend but wasn't able to help! But I absolutely love what Fat Heads Rescue is all about! People need to be educated more about the Pit Bull breed bc they are so misunderstood! I have (2) two and they are amazing!

800 to 1500 is to much to be asking. A rescue even if you train they definitely should not be asking that much because most people can't even afford that much so you're never going to be able to rehome them. So if I needed a dog to go to a rescue I would never call you because they would never get adopted. That's way way too much.

We worked with Fat Heads in adoption of a 5 year old GSD. They were easy to work with, have a good vetting process, and seem to work hard to help many animals. Their website offers a lot of transparent information about their organization. I would recommend them as someone to work with if you are looking to adopt a dog for your family.

I was helping to locate a foster for a puppy that someone had left with my neighbor. Fat Heads contacted me within two hours, and they found a foster within 24 hours! Very dedicated rescue group😀
