Decided to change vets after a friend had a very bad experience at our vet. We ended up at Especially Pets and have been so pleased. They take great care of our cat and they give me confidence they are doing the best thing for him. I cannot recommend them enough.

Especially Pets was great! We were taken back for our appointment quickly, and they were very efficient and thorough for our kitten's exam. They answered all of our questions and were quick to update us with lab results. 10/10 experience here.

I personally DO NOT recommend taking your pets here. I entrusted my cat with them for 4+ years and multiple visits and it was not until my cat died unexpectedly this morning at an emergency vet hospital that I learned of their negligence. My cat had randomly developed some GI issues/diarrhea when she was a little over 3 years old and was perfectly healthy before that. We took her here 4 times (including her annual visit) to try and find a solution to these issues and the best Ashley could for us was giving her steroids, attempting to express her anal glands, and giving her a cream for her irritated backside but never even attempted to see if it was something internal and told us that she just wasn't sure and to keep coming back. She recommended we switched her to sensitive food too, we tried that and helped somewhat alleviate her symptoms but they returned to what they were before unfortunately. She did not listen to my cat's heart at any appointment besides her annual appointment and it seems she failed to do so properly even then! I learned this morning that my cat had a heart murmur and that she was dying from heart failure at the emergency vet this morning and there was nothing I could do. After a couple of internet searches I was able to connect the dots and realized that my cat's GI issues were related to her heart murmur all along. I am so incredibly heartbroken and had this been diagnosed sooner (if Ashley took the time to look internally instead of just briefly looking at my cat's rear end at every visit and calling it a day) my baby would still be here with me. Ashley needs to seriously consider furthering her education or using this as a learning moment for her and the practice's sake. If your pet has a basic issue such as an ear infection then it would be fine to visit here in a pinch, but I will not be trusting them with my other cat's health at ALL. I am so disappointed because my other cat (that was 14 years old) also died due to her directions. My other cat was rapidly losing weight and Ashley decided to give her steroids. This exacerbated her diminishment within a matter of days and we ended up having to euthanize her to end her suffering. The other ladies at this practice are so wonderful and nice and I do not blame them at all, but I am APPALLED by Ashley's failure to diagnose a heart murmur at an ANNUAL VISIT (aka where they are supposed to look for one or any abnormalities!) She obviously does not have the ability to properly diagnose animals or to even fathom the thought that something may be wrong internally instead of giving us more short term solutions and telling us to keep coming back to see if she can figure it out. If you truly love your animals and care about their preventative and annual care, absolutely DO NOT come here. I will never return here again and I am so appalled by the care my cat received here now that I am able to retroactively connect the dots on my own.

Dr K and Dr E are wonderful! Dr K has helped me nurse my injured, very tiny kitten into a beautiful, disabled (though kitty doesn't realize it) yet quite spunky, running, jumping miracle.

I take my cat and kittens to Especially Pets and we all love the ladies there! They are great! So sweet and gentle with my boys and they allowed me to stay with my frightened girl even when they were under construction which made it easier on her! I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their knowledge, or their kindness! I am so glad we found them! My boys are relaxed and happy to see them whenever we go back! Oh, and their prices aren't so bad either!🤣
