The rudest staff ever! What they tell you that you'll have to pay, does not end up being what you have to pay because they take it up on themselves to do unnecessary things that you did not ask for. No phone call to alert that other things were being done. Absolutely ridiculous way to run a business. Do better! Incompetent staff, and extremely rude veterinarian. Jessica Ketron is the most unprofessional vet in the TriCities. Do not recommend at all!

Genuinely the best vet/staff to exist!! They have taken such good care of my babies and are so empathetic and patient with all of my questions. They go above and beyond and you can just feel the care and love this clinic has for their fur patients. I am so grateful to have been referred here by a friend and grow to love the staff. Dr. Ketron is so reassuring and willing to hear me out on all worries. She takes such good care of my cat and my cat loves the people! Their prices are affordable and takes off a lot of stress worrying about how to financially take care of everything. I know I can give the best care to my babies because of this clinic.

Our beautiful Frank is alive today because of the skill, compassion, and professionalism of Dr. Ketron and her team. She is thorough, smart, practical, and honest. We wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else at this point. We love her no nonsense, caring approach and are so glad we found her!

Dr. Ketron is an amazing vet! The one we call for our dogs, goats, and horses! She takes care of them all! Whether we’re going to her office or she’s coming to the farm about an hour trip one way she’s always amazing! Her staff are so compassionate and knowledgeable! Couldn’t ask for a better vet and we will always be calling her for our furry friends needs!

DON’T BRING YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS VET CLINIC!! We have been bringing our animals here for the past 2 years, never had any real issues until today. The front desk woman has ALWAYS been rude. Until today actually when the “Vet” decided to be nasty and rude to me when picking up our dog from his neuter. We brought our female dog in a week ago for an annual visit and asked about wanting to get our male dog fixed. We were quoted $175 for our 60lb dog and $23.50 for his 2 annual vaccines. Lepto and bordetella. We received a call the day before to confirm his appt. My husband called back to confirm the pricing which the man who answered didn’t know any pricing and went and got the “office manager”. That woman told him it would be $180 plus $50 for the vaccines! When I dropped him off in the morning, i was asked about getting his vaccines up to date and they told me again what he needed and I asked why we were quoted 2 different prices. The front desk woman told me in the exam room that with an annual visit, they cover 1 of the vaccines that’s why it will be $50 for both. (Why this wasn’t communicated over the phone the day before, is beyond me) I told her to NOT administer the bordetella vaccine as he is not boarded, at any dog parks or PetSmart or around any other animals outside our home. She said that sounds good and took our dog back. Said she would call when he was ready to be picked up. My husband received a call around 1:30pm stating our dog was ready and did good in surgery and may be picked up at 3pm. NO OTHER CALLS WERE MADE TO US REGARDING HIS SURGERY OR ANY OTHER ISSUE DURING THIS VISIT!! I went to pick him up and was told by the same front desk woman, that “they had to administer the bordetella vaccine because it is their policy to do this when an animal is neutered.” WHY WASN’T THIS TOLD TO ME DURING OUR CONVERSATION THAT MORNING?! Or called to be informed that they had to give it to him?! How does this woman not know their policies when she’s been there, since they’ve opened I believe!” We were expecting $200-210 tops for this procedure. When she told me our total I was FLOORED. $275!!! I said “WHAT?! How in the world was this $275?!” She said “They had to do a cytology and it came back he had a yeast infection in his ears” I said “why weren’t we notified or called that this was being performed?” (We would have been 100% on board with this if this was communicated with us prior to it being performed) The “Vet” said, “Well his ears were nasty so we performed the cytology” (there also has been no indicator to us that he would have an ear infection so we did not assume this would be a test/procedure he needed) I told her that “It would have been nice to have gotten a call regarding this” (I repeated this to her at least 3 times during our conversation) she then walked away throwing her arms in the air and said “SORRY FOR TRYING TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR DOG!!” I again repeated saying it would have been nice to have gotten a phone call regarding this extra test/procedure. If this was just his annual exam, they would have asked us if they could perform the cytology. Not just do it without asking the owners permission!! The “Vet” then proceeded to walk to the front desk and tell the woman “CLEAR HER ANIMALS OUT OF OUR SYSTEM AND GIVE HER, HER ANIMALS RECORDS!!” She also told me that she could have charged me for an office visit but didn’t. Like what?! The front desk lady was very kind (for once) in this situation. I could not believe the way the “Vet” talked to me. I had my 2 kids with me and there was another woman behind me waiting to be seen who was hearing how Jessica Ketron Spoke to me! Needless to say I would not and won’t be recommending this clinic to ANYONE who is looking for a vet clinic. I’ve never been treated so nasty by a so called BUSINESS WOMAN in the veterinary field before like this. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM JESSICA KETRON AND KETRON VETERINARY!!

When our old vet passed away, we struggled to find another vet to fit our expectations. We finally found that fit with Dr. Ketron. She has seen our horses and our dogs. Very friendly staff and understanding. We love this clinic.
