My parents have known Tanner for over 15 years as my childhood dog (Webster ❤️🌈) went to 4 Paws anytime we went out of town. My husband and I were nervous for anyone else to take care of our 2 husky mixes, but we decided on 4 Paws based on my parent’s recommendation and experiences with them in the past. We came back to happy, healthy dogs. Happy to know that we can trust 4 Paws when we need someone to watch our furry family members. Thank you!!

I take my dog Daisy, a one year old mix breed to 4 paws three times a week. She has a blast!! The staff is wonderful and she loves them. Daisy loves to chew and that has almost stopped because she is too tired to destroy something when she gets home. I would rate 4 paws a 10+

They care for the dogs and the dogs clearly enjoy their time there. We've trusted them with our pups for years. Once they cared for our 17 year old elder dog for a week. They gave us updates and made sure we knew they had our fur family in a good place.

Did not have the greatest experience. We boarded our dog for about a week here and had high hopes because of the reviews, but we definitely won't be taking our dog back here. First issue was they overcharged us. I sent them an email after asking about the incorrect charge and never received a response. We eventually got a refund for the additional amount charged, about 2 weeks after the initial charge.When making the arrangements to board our dog there, we set up a time with them to drop off/pick her up. When my boyfriend got there to pick her up after our trip, no one answered the door for about 30-40 minutes. When someone finally arrived, they said they had left for lunch, meaning they also left the dogs alone. Even if we hadn't set the appointment, it was during regular business hours, so it's assumed someone should have been there anyway. Once we finally got our dog, we noticed that she was acting very strange, very lethargic, not eating, and limping around a bit. We took her to the vet and she had to be put on medication for her stomach issues, put on a new diet, and couldn't go outside for about 2 weeks. And she had an infection on her foot. Before taking her here she was a very happy, healthy, high energy dog. Lastly, I packed her enough meals for the time she would be there, plus a couple extra bowls just in case. When we got her, more than half of the food was still in the container which was worrisome. When I talked with someone on the phone about all our concerns, they were not very understanding. They tried to blame us for miscommunication on when we would be dropping her off and picking her up saying we never set an appt with them, saying that they did call us about the refund request and left messages (we never got any calls or messages),and when I asked if they ever left the animals alone he said they never did and were always with the animals, even though we know they were left alone for 30+ minutes. Normally I never bother to leave reviews, especially ones this long, but I strongly advise anyone considering taking your dog here to look at other options. I'm sure some have had good experiences here, but there was nothing pleasant about ours and I hope no other pup has to go through what ours did.

I took my 2 babies to 4 Paws for the first time this last week, and they were boarded there for 5 days. They were well taken care of. This was the first time leaving them for that long, it was hard got me. But, I'll definitely use them again in the future if I need to.

I have left my Blue Healer/Beagle/Lab, Dewey, for both day care and for a four day stay. They require a 2-hour test visit to ensure your dog gets along with the others before they'll let you leave it there longer. My dog loves spending time at 4 Paws and they have not charged me anything but the stated charges, which are typical for the industry. The staff have been freindly and professional (as one can be aroung energetic dogs). I've been recommending 4-Paws to friends.
