You’re probably reading this review because you’re trying to make one of the hardest decisions of your life and I’m so sorry. Making that appointment to put your cherished pet to sleep is beyond words. If you have the privilege of spending a little more for essentially a concierge experience, I’d highly encourage you to go with Monarch over a cheaper alternative. The level of service and care you’ll receive is well worth the cost. I was certain of only one thing and that was that I would not bring my dog into the vet so she would feel afraid in her last moments. Having Dr. Seana come to the house while Yoshi was comfortable in her own environment was the best possible way I could’ve said goodbye to my sweet girl. Dr. Seana was very gentle with her and she went peacefully. Having the aftercare and all the mementos handled by Dr. Seana freed up a lot of mental bandwidth during a painful time where I didn’t have much energy for any more decision making. What sets her apart is Dr. Seana comes back to you and hand delivers your urn and all the keepsakes (beautifully wrapped), rather than you having to make a sad drive to a crematorium to pick up your pet. The turnaround was also excellent. I had a few special requests and she fulfilled all of them; she makes every effort to personalize this difficult experience. Monarch is truly the total package. Our family highly recommends Dr. Wheatley and her in-home euthanasia services. Her business is well organized and she was very easy to communicate with. We appreciated her calm bedside manner as we said goodbye to our 14 year old dog Batman. With so many tears and long hugs, she never rushed us, allowing us plenty of time to just be with our family. Thanks for guiding us through a very difficult time.

Choosing Monarch Pet Loss and Dr. Seana was undoubtedly the best decision we made during an immensely difficult time. Her understanding of the urgency of our situation and her efforts to accommodate our appointment quickly were greatly appreciated. Dr. Seana made one of our worst days a little better. Her caring and comforting approach made our sweet boy comfortable and not stressed by her presence, and she gave us all the time we needed for each step. We were so impressed by the respect and dignity she showed when preparing his body to be moved to the car making sure she understood our wishes for him. The engraved box with his ashes and paw print are so comforting to know he his back home and still with us. She did an amazing job and I highly recommend her if you happen to be at that decision point.

I highly recommend Dr. Seana. I couldn't imagine a better process for an impossibly hard situation. Dr. Seana gave me as much time as I wanted with him during each step - the whole process was at my pace and in no way rushed. My Eddy was most definitely at peace as he went, knowing he was loved so much. Afterwards, we made sure my other dogs had time to smell him and say goodbye. The memorial items I received (more than I was expecting!) were lovingly made and help me to cherish my memories with Eddy each time I see them. You will not regret choosing Monarch.
