I have used Electric City Animal Clinic for years. They have taken great care of all of my dogs. They even do exotic animals such as Raccoons, squirrels and skunks, all of which I have personally taken there and received excellent care. The people at the front desk are always pleasant, friendly, and eager to help you.

I took my Male bunny today for his first checkup that was overdue. His nails needed trimming bad. $80 was well worth it. Dr Tope checked him over and gave advice for rabbits, such as my options for spaying him and or vaccines he may need. Nothing was pushed on us and it genuinely seemed like they care about the animal and not JUST the profit. My boy is healthy and I’m relieved. I was nervous because bunnies are so “sensitive”. But they took great care of my boy and trimmed his nails very well and checked his teeth, ears and eyes. I also had a Small emergency the night before where my cat brought me a two week old baby squirrel and I was trying to find a Rehabber. I took the squirrel with me, hoping they would at least check it over while I waited to get it to someone and they did even better! He looked over the baby and they decided to keep it and handle it from there. I’m so grateful. 💯 I am going back with my other rabbits knowing they are in great hands.

Dr. Scott and the Electric City Animal Clinic team are absolutely amazing! More than worth the hour drive to know Ella’s care is in their hands! My girl would have never made it to 8 years old without the love and care we have received there!

I appreciate the assistance of the doctors and staff at Electric City Animal Clinic for treating and vaccinating my dog. The staff is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, I am extremely frustrated because I need to board my dog and was just told she cannot be taken because the expiration dates of the vaccines are not shown on either the invoice or the summary. They are required for me to be able to board her at the facility and now I'm going to have to cancel my plans. In the end, I need valid documentation that the dog was treated and vaccinated and when the vaccines will expire. I'm feeling very frustrated right now that the documentation is not sufficient. The quality of the care is very good, but the documentation needs to be updated so the vaccinations and expiration dates are clear. I have encountered this with other boarding facilities so would recommend that the documentation on vaccines and expiration dates be listed so it is more helpful.

Brought our new rescue kitten in to be checked over and they were amazing. They were very good about answering any concerns I had and even brought up some concerns themselves about her health. This is definitely a place that legit cares about the health of your pet. I'll absolutely be bringing any future pets I get here.
