I took a puppy we rescued our of a ditch someone left to die to Banfield & they have been nothing but helpful! He had fleas & ringworm so bad he was losing most of his hair. The vet put him on serval medications, shampoos & lime dip. He has improved much! He's gained 10+ pounds in 2 weeks, hair is starting to come back. And the staff is excellent! They call to check on him atleast twice a week! I have called the vet with serval questions & she has called back in 30 minutes or less everytime.They saved my little Diablo's life & for that I can not thank them enough!!

Dealing with end of life is so very hard. Banfield pet hospital in Petsmart can make this transition a bit easier. Today we didn't get a good prognosis however the staff spent hours with us explaining and understanding the situation and costs associated. They also helped us with the tools needed to hopefully give us just a little more time. We have our Snuggy on The wellness plan which paid for itself in the first visit.

The receptionist was very polite courteous treated snowball with very much good care nurses and doctors showed very much respect and care for our cat snowball
