What a great experience! Being a new resident to San Antonio, it was necessary to find a veterinarian clinic that both my Vizsla Jackson and I felt comfortable with. After checking around, I made the decision to go to Pet's First Veterinary Center & I'm so happy I did! My boy can be very anxious during his vet visits, but the staff was very caring & skilled in how they handled him. Our vet tech Destiny was incredibly kind & understanding & Dr Salinas was friendly and thorough during her exam & diagnosis. They took the time required & expected during these types of visits, & the entire staff was very friendly. Highly recommended!!

I recently brought my beloved pup to Pets First Veterinary, based on a recommendation from a groomer. My dog can be quite timid when it comes to grooming, and I've had numerous unsuccessful attempts to get him groomed, even with a muzzle. In the past, groomers have called me to pick him up due to his fear of water, and being a rescue, it takes him some time to warm up to new people. However, I was thoroughly impressed by the amazing job that Pets First Veterinary did! They gave my pup a full grooming and he came back looking and smelling fabulous! Erly was incredibly helpful and patient with both me and my pup during our visit. The groomer, Samantha, took her time and did an excellent job with my furry friend. I highly recommend this place - the hospitality is top-notch and it was definitely worth it. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Very professional and quick. They're great with my puppy who's a pit bull Lab mix. I will say they are a bit pricey but that's to be expected.

My son and daughter in law lost their furbaby.. This location, the staff, the cleanliness, the way everyone make you comfortable, and truly make you feel they truly feel your loss. Especially a lady named Jen... and another coworker(forgive me, I didn't get her name). They were so caring, so comforting at a moment that my kids were having. I would literally drive the extra 45 minutes for me to take my furbabies there. Absolutely AMAZING EVERYTHING there.

We take both our beautiful boys here and the staff is knowledgeable, work well with you, and genuinely care about your pets health. Love this place. Also, really at a good mid-price point.
