I’m new to the area but I need to take my new puppy to the vet for shots. I called and booked a appointment for august 10th at 2:30 pm. They said that I would receive a phone call or text with a reminder or the appointment the day before . Well the day of (today) I call to see if everything is okay. Is the phone number correct. Again I’m not from here so I waited patiently for a week for this appointment just to not get a follow up text call email nothing. I’m not going to spend my money and time where me and my dogs are obviously not important.

Mostly good review. Do not get the ear ointment. Get prednisone shot a few weeks after the surgery.

As a former veterinary technician, I am 110% satisfied with my visit today. The facility is beautiful and most importantly, clean! The staff is friendly, whether it’s the front or back staff. They were on schedule so no unexpected waits which is fantastic. Dr.Sanders has been my pups veterinarian of choice for the past couple years which is why we followed her here. She will definitely make your pet feels as if they are having their own silly conversation and have special treats to get them on her good side! Jasmine, the technician, makes it a perfect pairing. My highly stressed dog is able to not completely dread the doctors visit, which is more than I can say for my own doctors appointments. Previously being in veterinary field, the prices are fair with today’s market and it would be hard to find a complaint about this place!
