There isn't a better veterinarian in the area than Chris Landrum. Over the years, he has helped our animals live healthier, longer lives. And he doesn't try to push other services on you. He does a great job of using his medical training with some common sense, which is a very rare attribute these days.

I have taken my two little dogs to him for approximately two years and have never had a problem with Chris. One of them is on maintenance medications that I was told that I could not buy through him. Every time I would try to order them it would take up to a week for the approval and the pharmacy would have to send multiple times. It did not matter which office I would call I would always be met with “it’s not our fault” or “we have nothing to do with that”. Unfortunately he is only listed with the Krakow location and pet pharmacies can not sent to the union office. I asked to speak with Chris today and I was told that “I will send a message and see if he has time to call you”. Very unprofessional staff. I never received a return call from him, not sure if he received the message or just didn’t care. Either way my records have been transferred to another vet who’s staff was very knowledgeable and empathetic when I visited them.

Dr. Landrum is amazing. He cares about every animal like they were his own. He’s very nice and is always there if you need him and they will always try and fit you in to the schedule! I have been to multiple vets and this is the best experience I have ever had!

Vet Dr was such a big help. My dog had an ear infection and itching but the Dr took great care of her. He's so dependable and kind!

I had been taking my German Shepherd to him for about 5 years. My Delilah became deathly ill on Friday Oct 1st. I called the Krakow office and explained to the Receptionist that Delilah was throwing up blood and what looked like stomach parts and that She immediately fell to the ground and was unable to move. He refused to see her for 5 more days. I was desperate so I called Julie at her Office and She got my Delilah in immediately and started blood work. I unfortunately had to put her down that day. So much for Chris caring about his loyal Customers. I wouldn't take any Animal to him EVER again. Now I also have a full bottle of Apoquil that cost me $116 per month and I believe I should get a refund. In those 5 days they never once called to Check on her. It's all about the money to him and the Employees have absolutely NO training. Thank You Julie. You are the best.

Dr. Landrum is compassionate, knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. His staff is friendly and helpful. I wouldn't consider going to another doctor unless he retired.
