We were robbed the opportunity to say goodbye to a beloved family member. And because the Vet is a "busy woman," he died in a cage surrounded by weird noises and smells thinking his humans just left him to go through this alone. The topper, they weren't even calling him by his name. BUT IT GETS SO MUCH WORSE. The following is my experience with this Vet office: I rushed my cat to Pet Station for critical care. Later that day, the Dr said he had 50/50 chance. The next morning I inquire about my cat. A girl answered, said she didn't treat him and she would pull someone who had. I told her not to do that as I know dr is busy and I'd be there in a couple hrs. I get there to see my boy and, again, told them to take their time but that "yes" I need to see the Dr to ask questions. 20 minutes later she walks in, arms crossed, hip cocked and when asked about his condition, stated she had nothing different to expand on from yesterday. I asked her to explain that to me again when the vet told me she is a very busy woman and that she tried to call me that morning but I didn't answer (I was showering to get up there) and that it was feeding time for my cat. I'd been at work all weekend watching my beloved cat suddenly start to die slowly via security camera and she couldn't be botherd to re-explain something. Being she was caring for a loved one, I didn't want to anger her any further so I left before asking if I should grab my kid so that we could say goodbye. To make an already long story shorter... - Vet apologized for "hurting" my "feelings" - Vet admitted my cat hadn't been treated untill she arrived that day as staff didn't tube feed nor IV fluid that morning because THEY thought he was so far gone that the VET would probably call it. - He had passed by the next morning. - After telling them no less than 3 times I understood the bill needed to be paid in full before I would receive the remains, the nearly $1,000 bill was within the hour. - They said they would call when he was back on Friday. - They didn't - I had to call THEM at 11am on Monday to find out he had been sitting up there unclaimed all weekend. - When I arrived to collect him, the front desk was with a customer. When done, she held her finger up telling me to wait as she answered the phone. She knew who I was, what I was there for and that I was upset. When she handed him to me, she let me walk out of that building with out so much as an "I'm sorry for your loss." - I had to go back in and insist they give him some respect and correct his name. - I also asked the vet to call. She did but being I don't talk and drive, I missed the call and a month later am waiting for the follow-up call. I still have no clue what the VET called me for the day prior. I will never have closure. They did the most insensitive things you could do to a family going through something like this and I will live forever knowing my furbaby died alone and afraid in a cage while people couldn't even get his name right.

Always had a good experience here, the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely care about your animals. I had an emergency with one of my animals and they squeezed me in even though they were extremely busy. Their pricing is very reasonable. Thanks so much for what you do.

Very caring and compassionate staff. They got us in right away and didn't charge an emergency visit fee. They even called the next day and checked on our dog. We are so grateful to them.
