I filled out my paperwork. When I took it to drop it off, they came out to my car. How nice was that! The kind lady told me everything was in order. After a quick pet we were off. Now I'm just waiting to hear back. How was your visit? Drop a comment and let me know. Steven J

Tails of Hope, more like Tails of Nope. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend just picked up our two young male cats. Somehow they mixed up our one cat and chopped off half of his ear and all they did was say "the doctor said sorry". We got him home and find a clothes pin on his nuts that has his blood on it. I have no clue what they did to our cat, but we will never be going back again and recommend that you all go at your own risk knowing your cats may end up like mine. Also, they still made us pay after knowingly messing him up. The photo of the two cats was him and his sister before they messed up my kitty.

Diann and crew do an amazing service for the community and the animals entrusted into their care. The stray kitten showed up on my porch they were able to spay her and provide her excellent care on short notice. They are a valuable resource and have a passion for animals.

‼️‼️ PLEASE I BEG YOU, DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE‼️‼️ I took my dog here on Wednesday May 22nd for a spay. It seemed like everything went well until 12am early Thursday morning when my dogs health declined quick. She was bleeding quickly from her incision, very lethargic, wouldn’t eat, drink, walk. Her incision kept bleeding so of course I was concerned and took her into her vet. GOOD THING I DID!!! They had to perform emergency surgery on her because she was bleeding profusely internally. The vet said she was filled… FILLED with blood and blood clots. Her left and/or right ovaries weren’t even closed and was just filling her up, said the remainder of her uterus tube was also leaking inside her. She was hours, literally a couple hours away from death. She was in shock, dehydrated, loosing blood and in an immense amount of pain. The vet said her incision had multiple layers of glue as if they knew she was bleeding and tried to just close it in. I was hours away from loosing my baby, service dog and a piece of my whole world. I love my dog more than life, I couldn’t imagine loosing her. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever dealt with. Just a few more horrible facts: The facility wasn’t clean. The moment I stepped into the door it reeked of cat urine and was very cluttered from corner to corner. I thought maybe it was just the front room but it only got worse the farther we went back. In the dog room there was blood on the floor and on the scale. I was expected to put my dog on the scale to weigh her. Following that, the whole room smelt like poop. There were multiple dogs in crates and one was in a kennel standing in his/her own feces. The nurse who does the “exam” was very rude. She asked if my dog was going to bite because she was nervous and I replied “I don’t think so, she’s just nervous” as my dog is traumatized of vet offices and has separation anxiety. The nurse rudely replied “You don’t THINK so? Ha, that’s brief”. I replied “well she’s nervous.. dogs do unpredictable things when they’re scared.. that’s like asking if she’s gonna pee, I just don’t know..” she then told me to hold her head as if she was acting aggressive to begin with. She then did a very quick .2 second heart check, if the stethoscope even touched my dog. I was then told to put my dog in a crate that was way too small for her. Not that that’s even one of my biggest concerns, just sad to see my dog crammed into a crate. Before being mistreated and put on the brink of death. Pay the extra money, go the extra mile, protect your pets from places like this! Here’s a couple photos for some proof. This was just the start. You best believe there’s more, but they’re very graphic.

Great staff. The tock care of both of my new kittens. They were timely, kept me well informed of all procedures, and answered any additional questions in a kind and professional manner. The follow up procedures were handled extremely well and they showed genuine interest in my pets well being. The fees where very low and they even provide discounts to veterans, disabled, and low income families. They've gained a client and friend for life!
