Description We are a locally owned and operated full service veterinary clinic. We have regular appointments as well as emergency services available with extended hours to accommodate busy schedules. We believe in providing affordable veterinary care so that all of our furry friends can receive the treatment they need as well as emergency services so they can get it when they need it. We are accepting new patients. For emergencies please call our emergency line at 724-877-1491. We are also veteran owned and provide a 10% military discount. Our Doctor, Dr. Alyssa Fette is an experienced surgeon with years of experience as well as a top notch education. Your furry loved ones will be in good hands and you will be treated with compassion and respect!

As you can see Buster is now home and surrounded by loving and special things. You are all amazing and you took care of Buster and us with a personal touch that was greatly appreciated. We aren't ready to add to our family but you will definitely be on our list to visit when that happens. Thank you all again for making it a little easier letting him go❤️

Beyond wonderful. They give exceptional service and have been SO kind to all of our pets and compassionate to us in our times of difficult decisions. We will never take our pets anywhere else. We feel fortunate to have been with the Fette family since the beginning.

It's absolutely an amazing place. Took my mom there to have her 16 yr old pug put down. They were very passionate and caring. The service we received was undeniably amazing. Thank you for being so caring and passionate to both my mom and my mom's dog. Highly recommended.

My daughter’s cat got an obstructed urethra and ended up going into shock. Fette Veterinary Clinic to took extremely good care of him and got him back to his normal healthy self. Not only are they great at what they do, they are also immensely compassionate, they let my daughter visit with her cat everyday that he was there.

Unfortunately, we needed emergency services today for our old, sweet pup. We did not have an appointment but this office found time for us. Sadly, we needed to put our dog down. This staff was so loving and compassionate…my heart will always be grateful for their loving ways…thank you for making a difficult situation a little less stressful…very appreciated!

When I first adopted a 10 year old dachshund named Ollie, my first appointment was with Fette Veterinary on E state St in hermitage in 2020. Such a small office. They were kind and understanding back then as they are now! Such wonderful staff there. There has been quite a few times I was very worried about Ollie’s condition. All it took was a message or a phone call to get my little buddy feeling better again! Kudos to all!
