We've taken my dog here for years and recently took our new kitten. Dr. Celeste is the best! The staff are always kind and listen to any concerns we have had. My dog is always nervous when we go in but he loves the staff after he has a minute to calm down.

Been taking my 2 Morkies, Rocco and Benji, there for a few years now. (Hermitage location). Very professional staff. The doctors, assistants fully explain everything and don't just try and sell more services like many other Vet Clinics tend to do. Rocco and Benji are now 8 years old and require a couple more visits per year than they have in the past. They love the feel of the place, it's more of a home than a clinic. I'm sure some of you have pets that would enjoy this! Always keep the appointment, no 30, 45 minute delays. They will call in prescription and can pick up other meds right there. They also offer a 6 month payment plan with 0 interest, details on the website. I love how they use Cheez Wiz as a distraction when giving shots! I now will never take the 2 dogs anywhere else!

I was so pleased and impressed with the entire staff and Dr. Perkins who took care of my new kitten. She has an upper respiratory infection and is now on meds and doing well. Thank you Whispering Pines.

Top Notch! My 14 year old cat, Aubrey, is a new patient and they have quickly diagnosed her issue and provided excellent care. She has gained weight, and is feeling so much better that they were able to clean and polish her teeth. Smart, compassionate, and reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I called whispering Pines due to my two year old English springer having bouts of diarrhea and vomiting I was able to take her in the same day and through the staff and doctors they were able to determine and diagnose her with pancreatitis Everyone was caring, kind and compassionate I highly recommend whispering Pines for all your pets needs I am happy to report that my pup is doing so much better

We have been a long time customer at the Grove City location going back over 16 years. Unfortunately when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved pet, we had to go to their Hermitage location. As saddened as we were about the situation, the staff made us as comfortable as could be given what was having to happen. They didn’t rush or push my daughters to say goodbye. They gave us a private room and told us to take as long as we needed with our babygirl. It allowed us to depart on our terms and not a “sorry for your loss, next please …” type scenario. They encouraged us to take pictures, did her paw prints for free, and helped us choose what to do with her remains. It was a somber experience made doable because of their compassion patience and understanding.
