Appointment took 6 hours. I warned the office MANY times that my dog jumps and is strong (110 lbs and a year old) and they had a small older vet tech working on him who he jumped on and knocked over. They also take way more dogs in one time frame than they are capable of seeing. 6 hours and they weren't able to finish my dogs vaccines or nails... banfield is really not worth the money.

We and our dogs love all Banfield Pet Hospitals. The staff are unfailingly kind to our pets, and tolerate the hoomans. We have found that the electronic medical records maintained by Banfield are an absolute godsend when we're traveling. The local staff know what they need to know and if the PetSmart groomers have any doubts about vaccinations, we just have to walk over to the Banfield counter. WOW!

I've been to this location once and will never go back. Had a very important appointment scheduled for my 2 cats. Upon arrival, I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I, or the other guests were there waiting. When they finally decided to get us, the first thing out of their mouth was we can't do the appointment as the vet had accident the day prior (what that had to do with the current day or again lack of communication) ! Not so much as a single phone call to say anything. No apology, nothing! When they tried to reschedule, I said, "Don't waste your time, it's obviously more valuable than your clients and left. 2 other clients also left with me after hearing the interaction. One lady that left with me was scheduled for a health certificate for a flight, which is very time sensitive. Just a terrible place, with terrible customer service. I love banfield hospitals, but this one the world can do without.

We feel quite fortunate to have found great healthcare for our fur babies. Banfield is first rate in caring for your pets. I highly recommend them whenever asked where to go.

Ive taken my pet there for the past 14 years and have always has a very positive experience. They take great care of my little Beau and when needed have gone to extra efforts to help him. I highly recommend this place woth their great doctors and staff

Dr. Juarez. Poor manners / bedside manner by staff. incorrect diagnosis two days in a row. Sent us on a wild goose chase , grabbing diagnosis out of nowhere, to abruptly send us to ER vet who concluded what we knew all along, and was put to sleep after 12 hours.
