The team at Country Club Animal Clinic is marvelous. They are extremely supportive of my concerns about my pet family ( a 13 yr old Great Dane with kidney disease, hip issues etc and a 10 yr old Bengal cat) and always make sure my concerns are addressed. Dr Roberts has helped treat my Dane’s many issues and referred to Specialists when she wanted to get second opinions. In her absence, Dr Huston has picked up care and helped through some difficult times. Clinical staff are always helpful and professional. I trust the care of my dog and cat to this team and highly recommend them.

Making the first appointment was painless and very professional. When Squidget (my Maltese) and I arrived for our appointment everybody was very nice and friendly. The clinic was very clean and eye appealing. The vet was pleasant and professional, the exam was thorough and it was obvious that the vet and her assistant knew that my dog was very special to me. I found an Animal Clinic that I am very comfortable taking my pet to.

The Doctors and Staff at Country Club Animal Clinic exceed my expectations, with each visit. They are kind, knowledgeable, patient and precise. Our dogs are our babies and they have had multiple surgeries here with no issues. In fact, each procedure has been easier than anticipated, as well as the recovery process. We have a young dog and a senior dog with many health issues. I only trust the staff here with our fur babies. I’ve worked for veterinarians in my past and will only take our dogs here as I recognize the care and expertise they provide. Thank you to this wonderful staff!

Country Club Animal Clinic provides phenomenal service. All of the staff--from the receptionists and techs to the doctors--are thoughtful, professional, helpful and kind. They have provided many services to my pets over the years--spaying, neutering, dental surgery, kidney failure therapies, etc. And every one of the ailments was handled with patience and kindness. And all the procedures and tests were explained to me very clearly. Bottom line: without any qualification--Country Club is the best veterinary clinic I have ever used. I wish I could give them 100 stars.

On our first visit , we were greeted immediately by friendly receptionist. After check in, we were asked to wait in the cat waiting area. The clinic is very clean. Within minutes we were called in to exam room, and Audrey (my cat) was allowed to walk and explore the room while waiting to be examined. The Vet and her staff were very gentle with her. All test results were available the next day online and emails answered expeditiously! The staff are very friendly , knowledgeable and professional. I trust Dr. Hall and her staff with all my pet’s needs.

The most professional and caring veterinary hospital/clinic in Palm Desert. We love taking Maxwell there as we feel. He is getting the best care from both doctors and staff.
