Rude and disrespectful! It’s already stressful enough having your dog picked up. Then when you call to get information and you tell them that the SPCA does not have your dog. They tell you “well I don’t know….” that is unacceptable. Especially when you talk to the person that picked up your dog. She was condescending and very rude her racist undertones about my ability to pay the $170 was despicable. (Yes it cost $170 to pick up your dog even though the website says $20)I rescued my dog five years ago he has never missed a shot nor his town license. I will be filing a formal complaint against her. She tried to pull the angry black woman on me which was not the case at all. I asked her how did she catch my dog she said he was running up and down the street. When I challenged that answer and told her that it’s impossible for him to run right now because he has a leg injury (which is the truth)she became outraged! I am very educated and I speak my mind clearly . someone of her caliber should not be working for the town of Salina where I live and pay my taxes.

They were helpful when I got bit by a dog she actually cared about the dog she wasn't trying to be mean but she was trying to handle the situation the best she could and she actually cared about the dogs she didn't want the dog to get put down because of the owner's mistake
