Dr. Stephanie Ruback is the absolute best veterinarian in this facility. She listens to concerns about all of my animals, does testing and recommends the best course of treatment. She is such a kind person and listened to my sisters concerns about her cat, Parker. My sister is attached to this cat and get concerned over anything wrong with him, and Dr. Ruback listens and reassures my sister everything will be okay. I love this entire practice, but Dr. Ruback is the BEST and gives top quality care to all three of my animals. I won’t take my animals anywhere else or let anyone see them but this facility. 100/10 would recommend again and again.

Great office, full of great people. They are the ONLY place in the area I've been successful with getting last minute sick visits for my senior dog. They are very collaborative with patients and never dismissive. They are great at suggesting only the necessary treatments and tests that will help your pet feel better as quickly as possible. Bounce and I appreciate all that they have done for us, and he always feels much better shortly after a visit! Highly recommend!

I was able to bring my sick Yorkie poo there. It wasn't my vet as he wasn't in that day. Dr Jin was terrific. She took the time to explain everything to us and was gentle with our sick dog. We loved her! We were ever so grateful they added us to the practice that day. No place had any openings and the emergency vet was also closed. Thank you so much! We highly recommend your practice.

I attempted to get an appointment for my parrot to be examined since he has been showing signs of illness. I phoned the Liverpool Animal Health Center and left a voicemail message. More than two hours later, I finally \heard back from them. The receptionist asked several questions then told me that I needed to call Cornell, because they wouldn't see my parrot. The lack of compassion and refusal to help was both upsetting and disappointing, and is inconsistent with all the positive reviews for this veterinary practice.

The team at LAHC is absolutely fantastic. They are a caring and dedicated group of individuals who have consistently provided exceptional care for all our pets. They prove time and time again how much they care about the animals with their status checks after procedures or when they’ve been ill as well as making sure well appointments are scheduled to avoid potential access issues. Their compassion displayed when we recently needed their assistance with helping our beloved pet to cross the rainbow bridge was genuine. I am so thankful and grateful for all of them. It’s not an easy job to work anywhere in healthcare these days. I am a very grateful pet owner. <3

These folks are amazing. They were able to get us and our dog in on very short notice on a weekend. They treated our puppy dog their own and took the time to explain every possibility in ways that anyone could understand. I'll always recommend these folks.
