Great experience with our brand new puppy.The receptionist was friendly and the waiting room and and examination room is clean and neat. The veterinarian and veterinarian assistant were professional, personable, answered questions thoroughly, and made useful suggestions. My puppy was very at ease because of the calm atmosphere and great care that she received. I highly recommend Liverpool Village Animal Hospital.

I was referred to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital by my son. Taking my “pup” to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital both at the Onondaga Parkway site the Buckley Road site has proven to be a very positive experience with myself and “pup”. I am glad the referral was made. The sincere care, compassion, and professionalism demonstrated by the staff and veterinarians is almost unmatched. I highly recommend the facility to a pet owner.

We have been going to LVAH for both our cats for over 10+ years. As they age, their care has gotton more complex. The front desk, techs, vets, etc. are all very understanding about their treatment and our concerns. Most recently we had to put 1 of them to sleep. All staff was concerned and sympathetic to our grief. We would recommend them to everyone for pet care.

Excellent staff that care about the wellbeing of pets. Very knowledgeable veterinarians that take their time to ensure that all questions/concerns are addressed. If anything were to ever happen to my dogs I would feel confident that they would do everything possible to help. Always a warm and welcoming environment.

"I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gupta and the team, My dog was having a terrible itching issue, and even though our appointment was originally scheduled a week out, they were able to get us in much sooner. Dr. Gupta was so kind and thorough, and my dog is already feeling much better. Highly recommend this vet!"

The best vet care we have ever received! The doctors are so kind and patient when giving you the rundown -- good or otherwise. They take the time to offer treatment plan options and I have always felt that they have my dog's health and happiness in mind. The staff is amazing, working to fit us in when there's something urgent. It's such a relief to know my senior pups are in such wonderful hands at LVAH!
