Please check our website for tour dates.** Better Piggies Rescue is a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit pig and livestock animal rescue and sanctuary. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, educate, and adopt pigs throughout Arizona.

This place is wonderful. The people that run this are amazing and really love what they do. Every pig has a story from where they came from and they know every pigs name and have made a great new home for them. This is a great place and is ran by wonderful people !

First visit here was to donate pumpkins to the piggies. Really cool to go to a good cause rather then just get trashed/wasted after Halloween. So so so many pigs everywhere, very friendly too (most of them). My son got to feed a couple of the piggies a small pumpkin which was very exciting for him then we got a tour and background info of the place. We hung out with piggies of all shapes and sizes and got snout kisses and gave lots of belly rubs. Would love to come back and volunteer in the future! Thanks for the great opportunity!!

The Dixons are GREAT people and their love/passion for their "kids" is very apparent. The facility is clean and well setup for the animals. My daughter and I really enjoyed the tour and look forward to volunteering.

My daughter and I dropped off blankets , pumpkins and gourds a few weeks ago. We had such a wonderful time giving belly rubs to the sweet piggies. The owners are such good souls to take in and care for these piggies, cows and horse. We started to pet and give belly rubs shortly after the tour started and that was as far as I got. I was in heaven!! So we need to go back and get another tour. I am also interested in possibly volunteering. These animals are so smart and remind me of my dog furbabies. Wonderful experience! The owners were incredibly sweet and knowledgeable, and are doing great work. Our group had a blast, I could have stayed there all day!
