They were very professional and gentle with my baby. I'm pleased with the way they spoke to me and handled him given they were very, very busy this day. I never felt rushed. This is where I will be bringing him from now on.

Dr Bradley is a God send for animals the way him and his staff takes the love and compassion for our fur baby every time we’re there is amazing!!! Our fur baby(Yorkie)have been going here since he was 6wks old he’s now 4yrs old. We also use their boarding services anytime we’re away and pets aren’t allowed. Ash loves them and they love him!!! They are also very affordable

God blessed us with an excellent veterinarian, we have taken our 4 dogs for about 10 years, excellent care, my bichon dog was very sick, he almost died first. God saved him, but the hands of this veterinarian saved him. I will not have to thank him so much. I recommend him 100%. an excellent veterinarian and a great human being, blessings

I’m gonna start off first by saying I have had all of my animals coming here no longer will any of my animals come here ! I have a shih tzu we used too get her groomed through them all the time no issues untill the past 2 times she has come home burnt in multiple spots where I have photos each time I tried taking her back last month she was so scared when we walked in the building my finance brought her back out and told me too try taking her so I did she was still scared the lady was rude so I walked out & said my dog doesn’t need too b here anyways , I have a rescue dog we rescued back in September of last year and brought him there he was diagnosed with a heart murmur we got his heart murmur medicine then financial situation came up where we just couldn’t pay for it anymore which made his situation worse . He started hacking and coughing a lot having trouble breathing & he was suffering pretty bad so we were gonna put him too sleep , they told us oh no he still has life too him he just had fluid blockage on his heart , okay so they tell us what needs too b done we get it done get his medicine get home and he’s worse then what he was when we took him , we knew something was worse mind you the doctor wasn’t in it was people basically just pretending making up what was wrong with him at this point , we call the vet bc the next morning we hear him cry and he’s laying on the floor twitching and couldn’t get up so I pick him up and he’s gone foaming at the mouth etc …. I call the vet too see what do we do bc we never had a pet pass at home, they lady says oh I honestly don’t know what too tell you too do you can bring him here for $50 … huh ? Okay this is a money game I’m seeing . So then my finance calls too find out what the hell happened too our dog bc he was not the bad when we took him , they say well we figured giving him more fluid would help him we said WHATTTTT more fluid ??? If his heart is already full of fluid why would you add more ….. moral of the story I would b very cautious of taking your fur babies here for many reasons they used too b amazing but I think all the new staff that doesn’t really look presentable is what has changed this place !! Oh and we asked for manager no manager was available go figure lol . So we are getting a lawyer for this situation and fighting it .

These are the most loving and kind hearted animals loving people in Memphis!!! I recently had to have them euthanize my 14year old baby Shih Zhu Yaya.... They were SOOOOO empathic and caring!!! I just today received a sympathy card which was so thoughtful and kind....💙💙💙💙 May God bless the entire staff at Community Pet Hospital🐶🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺❤
