Title: Exceptional Care at Blue Cross Animal Hospital I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Pasco, Washington. Recently, I brought in not just one, but two of my beloved dogs for comprehensive care including blood work, x-rays, shots, and more. Despite the extensive services provided, I was pleasantly surprised that the bill totaled less than $700. What truly impressed me was the level of care and attention to detail that we received. The veterinarian took the time to thoroughly examine both of my dogs, addressing any concerns I had with patience and expertise. It was evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. Blue Cross Animal Hospital exemplifies what it means to be a top-notch veterinary service. From their compassionate staff to their affordable pricing, they have surpassed my expectations in every way. I am grateful to have them as our trusted veterinarian and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of exceptional pet care.

Such wonderful place!! My dog is now up in his years and seeing that change is heartbreaking for me. The vet was so kind to my pup.

I don't like to give negative reviews, but the clinic deserves to know how upset we are. Our family farm in Eltopia has used this clinic for both large and small animal care since the 1950's when Dr. Ferguson owned it, and we have continued with the current practitioner for our companion animals. The farm's house cat (who has been a patient of the clinic) presented a swollen front leg yesterday, and is in considerable discomfort. I called to arrange an emergency appointment for her and they said coming in Thursday or Friday would not be possible. My background is in Animal Science, working with research cattle, and I'm not naive about what's involved ... take the cat's temperature (she likely has a fever), palpate the leg, perhaps take an x-ray. If there is a fracture euthanasia may be appropriate, otherwise provide an NSAID and perhaps an antibiotic. I cannot imagine that this process would require more than 20-30 minutes, with much of the procedure performed by a Vet Tech. None of the large animal clinics I've worked with over the past 50 years would have allowed this. Such heartless indifference to the pain and suffering of an animal is simple not excusable.

The staff is wonderful and you can tell they genuinely cared about my little dog! Dr Kopp called me when he was done and explained to me very simply what he found and what He recommended to do. Dr Kopp was wonderful and very informative. They called two days later to see how my little dog was doing. What a great experience we had at the Blue Cross Animal Hospital.
