Pet medical clinic is so fantastic. I have both my fur babies on their monthly plan. I can always count on them to ensure our babies get an excellent visit. It’s a one stop shop there with their pet grooming and pet food store!

Absolutely love this Vet, i’ve been taking my pets here for the last 14 years. Dr. Kade thank you so much for your care, your awesome. Thanks to the techs and vets our Ginger lived 13 years. Unfortunately she passed on June 2 from kidney failure.

The lady in the front desk was RUDE! I asked to reschedule my appointment and she was completely unhelpful. I tried calling yesterday as soon as I noticed I wont be able to make my appointment but they were closed and now their charging me a $75 cancellation fee that I WAS NOT AWARE of when I made the appointment. On top of that SHE DIDNT EVEN WANT TO RESCHEDULE my appointment. I like the Doctors and their services but with their customer service im not going back and i’ll be sure to warn my friends in the future.

For the first time we were truly heard by Dr Chuck. We didn’t even have to try and explain ourselves. If you have a chronically sick or injured pet this is the place to be. I regret not coming sooner. We desperately need more holistic pet care in our world. I truly adore all the vets who have seen us but there’s a time to think outside the box. Over the last 2 years I’ve change to raw. I’ve studied non stop on chronic pain , ear stuff, allergies knowing there was more out there. And as a previous massage therapist I knew my dog was in pain when I touched him. I left for the first time from the vet in 5 years near tears of relief. It’s ok to seek other opinions .

The staff are passionate about animals and are very accommodating to special needs. Dr. Kristen is confident with reactive dogs and knowledgeable about animal health. We subscribe to the monthly care plan, which we find to be affordable and convenient. Grooming and pet supplies are located in the same building. In my opinion, Pet Medical Center is the best veterinarian in the Tri-Cities!

I called and they got my dog in the same day for a possible health issue. Then I worked with Melissa, whom was wonderful! She helped me review the benefits of doggie insurance, which was a huge cost savings for that day! I would highly recommend!
