The Castro Valley store and the San Leandro store always have what i need. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They all know my dogs. I wish we had a store like this in Oklahoma where i moved. I still order from them. One of my friends picks up my order and then mails it to me.

I recently visited Pet Food Express and was absolutely delighted with the service I received. Daria was incredibly kind and caring, making me feel right at home with her warmth and attention to detail. It's not every day you come across someone who genuinely goes out of their way to make your experience so positive. Highly recommend!

Castro valley pet food Express is clean. I get the buy 3 get 1 free treat deal every week or 2. Staff very friendly, always saying welcome in. Store smells good as you enter, so no ee or poo smell-- Staff are diverse in appearance but genuinely kind an lover of dogs without exception! My 3 min pins are greeted w hellos and treats and even hugs! Always. Great job PFXpress CV !!! It's actually fun to go to store and get treats. We also bought our pups their collars leashes there but the STAR of tge visits is the treat selection! LOTS and awesome--like going to a buffet w all cuisines--French, Italian, Thai, Filipino, Japanese, Ethiopian, Chinese, GOOD-OL-AMERICAN, and much more... there's a well-maintained doggie play area too w convenient blur poo bags so we can do our collective part to keep area welcoming !
