This is a great place. I've been bringing my dogs here for over 10years and they are very informative and their customer service is amazing! They remember all my dogs names and greet them everytime as soon we walk in the door. They even give a free nail trimming when you bring your pet in for a check-up. I highly recommend this place for your pet, they will give your pet the proper care and respect they deserve!

I took my cat here previously. I emailed to try to make another appointment and now they are saying they can’t see him. But we’ve already been a patient there so this wouldn’t be a new patient situation. How as a pet hospital do you turn down an animal that needs help that you’ve already seen? I would not recommend. Vets need to care about animals especially senior animals.

Dr B is compassionate and really cares for the well being of my 2 Shih Tzus. Just wish that there was a more holistic approach towards their overall health. Friendly and caring staff and clean organized clinic.

I have been taking my pets to see Dr. B for over 15 years. She and everyone at CVCAH take great care of the animals and defer expertise elsewhere when more comprehensive care is required.

Thorough and expert medical professionals supported by excellent staff that communicate with eachother to make everything go perfectly. Properly set expectations on the well explained recommendations or options to different approaches for treatment and likely outcomes and the cost of each. Unlike many vets I have been to,, I get the sense that the main focus is where it should be, on the wellness of my pet, not just on what they can grab from my wallet with unrelated or unnecessary, even harmful procedural recommendations like so many vets around the east bay seem to do. Based on my short experience thus far, I believe this establishment to be the model for all other vets to aspire to.

I would NEVER consider another vet. Dr. B is one of a kind. She's the best vet we've ever worked with and we love her. She saved our dog's life and continues to be there for us always. Thank you to everyone at Companion. You guys are the BEST!!!
