Kenna and Monica at the Unconditional Canine are amazing!! They really cater to the training needs of your dog. We started with puppy school, did some private sessions, our dog attends their new board and train day program.. he gets groomed there.. stops in for day care. They will adjust your training sessions to really address what your personal issue is.. really setting you and your dog up for success!! I always leave there feeling confident we can be successful at home. Our dog has come so far in his confidence. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog training!! They are the best!!!!

Monica is truly an amazing human and trainer. In November of 2018, we adopted a sweet one-year old Aussie mix who had a traumatic past. As a result, she was terrified of everything from walking on floors to meeting new people. We did two private sessions with Monica, followed by group sessions. After the first private session, Sasha (our dog) was finally willing to walk on a leash, and Monica gave us tips to make her more comfortable walking around the house between sessions. At the second session, she was already a different dog and ready to work on some basic obedience. Group classes were a huge step for Sasha, and she absolutely loved them. Just by learning the basic obedience as part of the canine good citizen class, Sasha developed so much confidence. She carries herself differently and approaches life with curiosity instead of fear. Monica's classes are also just fun for dog and human. It's been fun to see other families' dogs learn and grow as well.

I have worked with Monica for both my rescue dogs. We have worked with her for basic trading and undesirable behaviors. She has been amazing with giving us the tools to work with any behaviors these two have thrown at us. Our most recent rescue starting nipping uncontrollably and she was able to fit us in for an emergency session to work on it. My husband and I highly suggest Monica and The Unconditional Canine for any training.

Monica has helped us with three different dogs over the years ... she is very patient with dogs AND humans! Her knowledge and understanding of dog behavior is reflected in the work she does. I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you need some support around behavior or have a new pup to train ... she will guide you.

Looking for a great trainer, well look no more. Monica is top notch and treats your dog as if they were her own. She started working with my dog virtually as a young puppy and since then my dog has been hooked. She even does mini sessions while my dog is in daycare and I’m at work. Talk about convenience and I benefit as now my dog comes home with new manners. She offers virtual lessons, mini sessions at daycare and in person lessons. The best part is she videos the sessions and takes pictures so even if your not there you see the progress. Not to mention she answers any questions you have at anytime and she even organized a group picture for the dogs and some playtime. She has two dogs of her own that also help train and you know from the second you see them the dedication she has. If your looking to train your puppy or even break your dog of a habit give her a call you will not be disappointed.

We have just loved working with Monica. Our lab mix Lemi had started to become reactive to other dogs and my family and I did not know how to handle it. Monica gave us all the tools we needed to first understand what his behavior was about and how to positively correct it. Our whole experience has been a positive one, I highly recommend them!
