When I brought in my bunny Charlie when he was greatly sick, they jumped right up to help him. Everyone was so excited to see him because he’s a very rare breed of rabbit. They took x rays and gave him a check up. They were wonderful with him. He is happy and healthy now. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Have to say, never saw neck pillows for pups of all sizes. Super awesome for them to use instead of cones. This place is classy with an amazing staff who really took time and patience with my two pups. Not going to lie, it is expensive but worth it for the treatment and location. Kudos to Dr. Diaz and the team. Great practice.

Dr. Kilgore is an amazing Veterinarian that keeps me coming back year after year. She always knows what is best for my fur and feathered children. Her years of knowledge and her compassion for her job set her apart from the rest.

They were great and reassured me that Tito was healthy and the little wound is heal just fine❤️ Update: they were just as wonderful with our newest edition Tito’s little brother Koda. Had his first vet appointment and things went well he seems to love the attention he got lol they made it a very easy first appointment

Great Vet Hospital, very nice employees work here! Dr. Rios was GREAT, spent the time with my dog and explained everything, as well as giving me financial options to help my dog having seizures. Also want to mention Vet tech Kendra, very nice, helpful, and very friendly to my dog! Great Vet! I highly recommend. Fred S. Merrimack NH

poor customer service. i've been a customer with them for over 10 years. I was told they didn't have my pet on file. I missed an appointment in 2022 and one recently due to a hospital stay. I was told I had to pay in advance. When I asked for my records, they offered me records for two animals that I had euthanized at their facility. Zero compassion for a pet owner who had who has lost their pet. poor record keeping. And was told I was going to be charged for two office visits if I brought two pets to the same visit. I do not recommend this veterinarian.
