They care about the cats in their care and do their best to match cats with the right homes. Joan found me the perfect companion after my beloved cat passed away. My new kitten is everything I could have hoped for. Even after adoption KA checked in and made sure the medical issues she had were taken care of. Thank you for all that you do!

Kitty Angels were very kind and helpful. Whisper fits right into my life. She is loving, playful, and a joy to love!

If I could write zero stars I would. This lady doesn’t want to give any of these cats up to forever homes. I’ve been watching the cats for 2 weeks. They have been sitting in cages for a long time. I met all the standards for adoption of the kitty, still I did meet her standards. I grew up on a farm taking care of cats my whole life. Today was adoption day. Poor cats still sitting in cages. What a crime!!! Sorry to whoever tries to help and gets turned away by someone who wants to judge you instead of helping the poor cats.

Don't expect to hear back from them or get any information on a cat you are interested in, they will ignore you and there is zero communication between any of the volunteers. I emailed them asking about a specific cat and was just given the pre-screening questions in response, I answered all of the questions, all of my answers were completely reasonable and well within their own stated policies and guidelines on their website, and 2 weeks and 3 follow up emails later they never once responded to me. I found out by talking to people at the PetSmart that they keep some of their cats at, that the cat I was interested was adopted by people who just happened to show up, with no appointment, when the volunteers just happened to be there at the end of my second week of waiting for a response (despite them saying all adoptions are appointment only on their website and posted inside the PetSmart). Its almost a month later and they STILL have not responded to my emails even once to tell me the cat was adopted or to even see if I'm interested in any other cats. The person who runs their inbox seems to arbitrarily just ignore emails and decide that certain people can't adopt from them. I spoke to several other people who have tried to get in touch with them only to be ignored for seemingly no reason after 1-2 responses, if any. and before they can respond saying they are an all volunteer organization "doing their best", I am well aware you are all volunteers. But given the fact I had 3 separate people email you during the 2 weeks I was waiting, and they ALL got prompt responses while all of my follow up emails were left ignored, its not a matter of being too busy or not having the time to check your emails, its a matter of your adoption coordinator not actually caring enough to coordinate adoptions, and the rest of the volunteers being left completely in the dark about any interest for certain cats. You are better off looking at shelters like Darbster if you want a shelter that will actually communicate with you and cares about getting cats into loving homes. And for the kitty angels members reading this, I would seriously recommend changing whoever it is you have running your inbox and coordinating your adoptions because they clearly do not care about getting your cats into new homes. You're doing the cats a disservice keeping them locked up at PetSmart for weeks on end when there are people literally blowing up your inbox trying to adopt them.

Kitty Angels goes out of their way to treat cats with medical needs and makes sure they go to loving homes. We are so appreciative of everything they do! They truly live up to the name Kitty Angels.

Thank you Linda and your wonderful staff. I never imagined in the span of 24 hours that I would ever be taking on a companion, much less an un-neutered unvaccinated one. I wanted to bring Boo somewhere safe, but affordable, because its been a good investment so far just to make sure hes comfortable in his environment. Boo has been very relaxed and upbeat, and recovering peacefully. Thank you for microchipping him too! I know what that would cost at a typical clinic and it truly means a lot.
