This has been a family buss always great service and goes out of his way to make it faster or on time he explain everything before and after family and friend been going here for years customer service for sure but one bad day for someone can't take away over 30 years of great reviews but dave was a great guy to deal with and would always recomend to go there.

Ordered a garage through David (was told by shelterlogic 3 weeks). Ended up taking a lot longer but he was on the ball every.single.time. Solid communication, did everything he could to push the order despite shelterlogic dragging their feet. Even met me on a Sunday morning to pick up my order to get it setup before a rain storm. Support this small biz- you’ll be happy you did.

Awesome quality product, the way my order was handled and delivered exceeded my expectations. I had some doubts placing such a small order for a Sno-Rake snow removal tool but it was handled quickly and professionally. Definitely felt just as valued a customer as anyone else and these guys will stay in my mind for future purchases! Thank you

Terrible customer service. Actually, no customer service at all! I purchased a shelter from Dave and he admitted he provided 0 customer service when it arrived defective and I called him about it. He said 90% of the time the factory gets it wrong. So basically you knew you were selling me a product that had little chance of being right?! He said take it up with the factory. His only suggestion was to take a pair of scissors to the canvas and fix it myself. When asked won’t that void the warranty he said “yes.” When asked won’t the canvas rip even more when the wind pulled on it he said “yes.” When asked about the return policy he said “there is none, you need to take it up with the factory.” When asked “so basically you take my money and then wipe your hands of the whole thing,” he said “yes.” He didn’t stock inventory, I went to the factory to pick it up once it was ready. He didn’t assist me when I had a problem, he told me to talk to the factory. Literally the only thing he did was run my credit card and alert the manufacturer of the order. I could have just ordered it directly from the manufacturer’s website myself.

Went in to ask a simple question. There was no other customers there, but I was immediately greeted with an overly negative tone. It didn’t take much longer to realize they didn’t want my business. I suggest looking elsewhere as if this is how they treat prospective customers, image how they’ll react after they get your money, or worse, if you have an issue? My guess, issues will be plentiful with the attitude given from the employee.

I went there a couple of times to price out the shelters and decide what size I wanted. They were very friendly and helpful both times. I finally purchased a 12 x 20 foot car shelter and it has been perfect for the last 3 years.
