Lots of great programs. I'm a little upset though over a truck was wanting to buy then some song and dance. I have 2 jobs pending lost everything but need another 4 door truck. 2 service dogs. I went again not long ago. Without my vehicle cannot work. They want people they say

Are you struggling? Are you hungry? Are you tired? Are you just down on your luck and need to find a new way? Peoria Rescue ministries has many a success story I'm one of them. From being addicted to heroin, homeless, starving, and doubtful of my own survival. The administrators of the mission taught me to soar. I'm now back in a stable situation. I have an apt. A great job and am the building manager where i live. So why not? What's keeping you? Why not let God work in your life? Special thanks to Brian Butler, Brent and Derek! Peoria rescue mission is a place for homeless men. It is an emergency shelter for men that have nowhere to turn to or go. We are in desperate need of blue jeans pants of any kind in waist size of 30 32 34 and a length of 32 or 34. Any condition please is very very appreciated. You can drop them off at 601 Southwest Adams Street at the drive up receiving door and it would be a honor to unload them and give you a receipt. thank you very much God bless you. The mission is not a rehab place. And they do not accept people under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This is a place for men that want to be in a christian-based operation. They have a 80 bed capacity that can fill up on hot days or sometimes very cold days. They have a victory Acres Program for 9 months which is a fantastic program to get away from the inner city and learn to be a follower of Christ. It is very christian-based. This is an excellent place for a man that's in need. I was there 17 months and I was an alcoholic. It is now three years and I am alcohol-free thanks to God that blessed me. I thank Peoria Rescue Mission for helping me through a very tough time in my life. God bless you. Dean
