My pup had to have an emergency surgery to remove a foreign body. Tender care went above and beyond at getting us in quickly and taking him back for surgery right away. They were so caring and helpful when answering all our questions. We live out of town, so they let us see him and spend time with him before we left him to stay the night at the clinic. Dr. Larson was able to do the procedure in a way that minimized other risks involved. Tender care saved our baby. Had they not gotten him in as quickly as they did and provided such excellent care, he wouldn't be here today. Since we have been home, they have been very helpful at answering any questions, and Dr. Larson has personally called to ask how he is doing. We made the decision to drive out of town for Tender care because we knew the care we would receive is unlike any other. We highly recommend Tender care for any and all of your pet needs. We will be forever thankful for them for saving our baby.

Our dog was literally dying. We had adopted a puppy from the Humane Society and she couldn’t stop throwing up. Well she had swallowed a sock and this is the only emergency vet office that actually went in and figured it out. It was in there so long that it ruptured her bowel. Dr Larson saved her life.

I will be forever grateful for Dr Larson and his staff. Dr Larson saved my little girl Myah, she had breast and uterine cancer. She was only six at the time. Thanks to him I had her for eight more years. I lost her last September. I was given a puppy by a friend, to help heal my broken heart after I lost Myah. He is now a patient of Tender Care.

Brought Luna here for a simple nail trim. She left with a giant gash on her rear right leg. Tender Care has no idea how it happened. They didn’t want to pay for anything. Finally decided to pay to repair the wound but forced me to pay the anesthesia costs. Blamed the ‘injury’ on the dog herself when I was trying to get them to pay for it. Threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay the anesthesia bill. My dog didn’t have any wounds on her prior to the appointment. It’s wild to me that the neglect and lack of responsibility is tolerated. Needless to say, I’ll be switching my vet!

We've used tendercare twice now for boarding and I think my boys seem to have done great both times. They don't seem overly stressed when we pick them up, just tired. Ands they do a great job with grooming and nails!

TC is always accommodating to my needs for Frankie my Boston terrier! I can call last minute when I procrastinate and need an appointment for boarding and get one! The girls are great. Frankie loves going to TC. Dr Mark is great, love our veterinarian office
