Highly recommend BVSPCA Animal Heath Center/Malvern. Consistently, the facility has been very clean. The reception staff has been efficient, friendly, and gone the extra mile to address questions or concerns we've had. At each appointment, the vets and techs we have seen, for routine physicals, sick visits and surgeries, have been nothing but amazing. Each visit has increased confidence that our pets are in extremely good hands. Additionally, we have found the costs involved to be considerably lower than others veterinarian offices, as well...a bonus for multiple pet households like ours.

I’ve been using the Spca to TNR community and feral cats for a few years now. I’m so grateful to have them as they are the only place available that I can bring an injured or sick feral with no question asked. They are willing to help and the savings they give those of us in the rescue community are literally lifesaving!

The people at New Castle BVSPCA are the most kind and caring individuals who truly understand all that you are going through. I had to put my Courtney to sleep yesterday and I could not have asked for better. It is a wonderful place to bring your pets and you always know that they will be cared for like they are with you when you have to leave them. I will always bring my pets here and would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you staff for having so much empathy and kindness to each person that you see.

🐶I’m a new dog mom and was extremely nervous about getting our precious Angel spayed. BVSPCA calmed my fears right away with the initial phone call, by being so patient, thoughtful and informative. I had lots of questions / concerns and they were all addressed. The day of the procedure, i knew that Angel was in good hands. We were greeted by the bubbly personality of Courtney, who explained the process with a SMILE. Emily at the front desk was super KIND, and explained that I could call to check in on how things were going….but I didn’t call the office because I trusted the team immensely. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend BVSPCA! 🐾
