I have literally followed the team here as they have moved throughout the valley over time. They are the reason my fur babies have been healthy against all odds in some cases. They are honest, straightforward with needed treatments versus optional ones and Dr Hanzi always encourages a “less is more” approach when possible and safe for the pets. I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for their experience, compassion, and thoroughness. As with all medical and veterinary care, it is expensive, that isn’t the fault of the doctor or staff, it is the nature of the field. I will say, they have saved me so much money by knowing what was needed without having to try dozens of ineffective options first which was an issue with previous vets. Thank you all for taking care of my fur family!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Do not go to this vet. They say they only charge $75 for the visit but then they will literally scam you and charge you an arm and a leg for everything else. I ended up paying over $300 just for an ear infection. They charged me $52 just for ear cleaning and plucking. Absolutely ridiculous. Then they’ll ask you to do a “re-check” so you can come back and give them more money. While I was there, I also saw a lady who was on her re-check and her dog still had an ear infection. After a week, my dog was ALSO STILL sick after administering the medicine they gave me, following their instructions to a T. While they gave me the medicine they were really sketchy. They wanted to charge me for one they didn’t even have! The recheck would’ve been over $60, not including the cost of the medicine. I honestly think they do this on purpose because the medicine DID NOT work. I’d rather start over at a new vet than go here again. Also their service is just horrible. They take your dog out back, you don’t go with them. And then they charge you with whatever they want. Please do not go to this vet.

Used to love it here but not anymore. We were taking our dog who has valley fever here because all he needed was medication and a blood panel so this was the best place for it since it WAS affordable. We were charged double the price this last visit because they decided at the last minute our visit was considered a sick visit because we hadn’t been there in the last three months (for valley fever treatment) we already had everything done and then they tell us the price is 358 after they already showed us the price before we went in the room which was waaaay lower. One of the front desk ladies can’t comprehend that two queer girls can own a dog together because she was hounding my fiance on who the real dog owner is, why would I go in the room if hes not my dog?? The older doctor there doesn’t even check your animals charts before looking at them so he doesn’t know anything and then kept calling my dog a she even when i was saying he and even showed him his goods down there! The time before this visit we went, he told us we could give him half the dose so we were doing that and this time he scolded me and said might as well throw the meds in the street because it’s not working. The next few days a different vet calls us who was the female doctor and told us giving him half the dose was good. So now we’re back at square one not knowing what the correct dose it. We will definitely be going somewhere else for a correct opinion.

Wow , Exceptional customer service !! Sometimes it seems to be a thing of the past, But I can tell you our experience with Easy Vet is amazing. The care they provided to our dog was heartfelt. They were genuine in their concerns and the follow up texts and phone calls were over the top amazing. I will recommend them to any one who wants a Vet that cares about your pet !

They were so great with our Mazie baby. She absolutely loved it there and the staff were all so friendly and loving to our little girl. Mazie didnt want to leave!! Would definitely recommend taking your fur babies. Prices were very reasonable. You can tell they truly have a love for all pets.

We have taken our dog for bladder stones and our 20+ year old cat for euthanasia. Neither were pleasant experiences, but the staff was very kind and accommodating. We are very appreciative for easy vet. They are close by and affordable. We have always been seen the same day we call. Although we had to find another vet to perform the surgery for our dog, they helped us every step of the way.
