I am beyond happy with Pups & Mutts! My dog has been coming here for months is always excited. Those that have shelter dogs know the concern dropping them off at a new place, but he has the time of his life running around with the sweetest staff. They do themes for holidays and it is always so funny to receive the pics at work. Staff is amazing, price is great, and my dog is happy- what else can you ask for? Love them!

We kennel our dog here anytime we go out of town. Our dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is fantastic. We always have our dog get a haircut while he is there, and the groomer does such a great job

We have left our precious pup there twice long term for vacations, and we love that they will send us daily reports with photos, serve ice cream, etc. Special shout out to Ryan! You can tell he loves dogs and goes above and beyond for his customers!

Our dog is a poodle mix that if not brushed regularly is prone to matting. When we made the reservation we asked that she be brushed out each day which the person taking the booking said wouldn't be an issue. When I dropped her off I was told that they don't actually offer that service but since they agreed to it during the booking process they would honor it. I picked her up this morning and it was obvious that she was never brushed out and it now full of matts. We will never be doing business here again.

This place has been life-changing for my dog!! I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy to bring my dog to a boarding facility. he is so excited, and loves every minute. He’s there. The staff is so friendly and I am so thankful we have started bringing Buster here.

I took my 14lb , 18 yr old terrier mix to be groomed. Although the people were great, the service was not. They groomed my dog like a schnauzer, which simply left hair (full of stickers and knots) on her face. Her nails were left extremely long. She was unable to use her right rear leg for two weeks after coming home, which makes me think she perhaps fell off the table while they were trimming her nail? When I went to pick her up, they gave me a dog who could have been my dog's double. When I put her in my car, I realized she had a long tail. My dog has a stubby tail! I was totally ready to take home the wrong dog. HOW can a professional establishment NOT keep track of my dog?
