**Pet Loss Warning** I felt like I was among friends when I had to make the hard decision to let my old girl go. Everyone was compassionate, sincere, and just genuine. They understood the emotional pain I was going through and gave me patience and empathy in return. Such a hard night made a little bit better by the comfort of strangers. They brought my girl into a very private room with a nice fluffy blanket for her to lay on. They let me spend time with her before hand as long as I wanted. They also have goodbye kisses in the room so she was able to finally try some chocolate before she crossed the rainbow bridge. When I was “ready”, I just pushed the call button on the door. The MD showed up within minutes and let me just see my girl off while she explained what she was doing. She went peacefully in my arms and the MD didn’t rush anything. Afterwards, she gave me my time to hold my girl. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone and will be my go-to spot if necessary in the future. Thank you, Night Watch for everything you did for me and my Old Girl. I truly appreciate the respect and dignity that you gave her and the compassion you gave me.

Content warning: pet loss 12/6/2023 After spending weeks in and out of his regular clinic, I took my cat to Night Watch in a last-ditch effort to save his life before he was scheduled to see a feline specialist in town. The staff that met me was immediately wonderful and attentive in assessing my cat's needs and any cost barriers to myself. But after examining him, they gently confirmed to me that he was on his way out, and that no matter what treatments I paid for, he likely wouldn't return to a quality of life that he would want to live. The staff was a group of the most wonderful and empathetic vets that I have ever met. They kindly helped me work out the details of Aspen's cremation, and treated both him and myself with the most loving care as they helped him pass on. I am especially appreciative of the technician who set us up in a quiet room in the back, and of the veterinarian who took the time to sit with me for a few minutes afterwards and help me process the initial shock. Aspen was one of the brightest lights of my life, and these are wonderful people who I know wouldn't have let him die if there was anything that they could have done to save him. If I ever have an emergency with another animal in the future, they will be my first call.

This place is amazing!!! They saved our sweet puppy Bella last night. Our puppy found some human medicine that was accidentally dropped on the floor. Soon after she was lethargic with a racing pulse. We freaked out and took her in right away. The care and love she received was exceptional. The staff was kind to us and made us feel reassured that our baby was in good hands. This morning we picked up a playful and happy puppy again. I am beyond grateful for Night Watch.

This is the best place to take your baby when you have an emergency. I had just got back from vacation and I was exhausted and stressed knowing my baby was very sick. They are compassionate, caring and empathetic towards you and your baby. Thank you to the office staff, the vet tech and veterinarian that were so kind to me and Evee. She is a happy and healthy because of you. Thank you!

Big shout out to Nite Watch. Our beloved cat Mitzy ruptured an anal gland at 11pm and they were able to get her in and treated immediately. They also helped us figure out how to use Care Credit (yes care credit is for pets too!) because my husband and I had never used it before. It was honestly less expensive than I had expected for emergency veterinary care, and they did full labs on her and gave her medication and a cone. doctor Gladman was so kind and the techs were gentle with our little spicy baby. She’s healing well at home thank you so much Nite Watch for putting this cat mom’s mind at ease. Here she is getting fed in the morning after she woke up from sedation

Had to write this review due to the exceptional experience I had at night watch. Dr Manning was the vet that checked out my dog, it was a very positive experience working with him. I highly recommend this place for bringing your loved animal to for the following reasons: 1. They genuinely care for the pet and pet owner 2. They are interested in more than just making money out of an urgent situation 3. They really know what they are doing 4. They leave the choices up to you as to how to proceed after informing of every variable and possibility I have found their charges for services to be very reasonable, especially given the emergency availability and nature of the business--this is very rare.
